Dr. Glidden’s Health Recovery Protocol For Those Diagnosed With Attention Deficit Disorder

MD Cause: 

  • Unknown –probably genetic ;-)

MD Rx: 

  • Amphetamines – we used to call this “Speed” in the 70’s.

ND Cause:

  • Nutrient deficiencies in the mother while she is pregnant. Elevated levels of environmental toxins including lead in the body of the pregnant mother. Blood Sugar metabolism trouble caused by mineral deficiencies and/or to much sugar consumption. EFA and cholesterol deficiencies.

Discussion:

  • See the Discussion section under DEPRESSION. With ADD we focus treatment on mineralizing the body, increasing circulation to the brain, eating a diet high in cholesterol, and optimizing blood-sugar metabolism.

 

My Rx: In addition to the 90 EN:

 

  • Elimination of ALL extra sugars from the diet. This means no sugary cereals – even if they are gluten free. No sugary lunch snacks. No sugary desserts for a good 90 days. Fruit is fine. Fruit leather is fine. 

  • Emphasize the consumption of foods high in cholesterol, especially eggs – soft boiled, soft scrambled in butter, or poached. Use butter and salt liberally. 

  • Give protein with every meal.

  •  Sweet-Eze: 1 bottle per 75 pounds per month. Take in 3 divided doses AT THE SAME TIMES EACH DAY. Between, before or with a meal is irrelevant. Just make sure that you take them like-clock-work each day.

  • EFA +: 1 bottle per 100 pounds per month. Take in divided doses with food.

  • Plant Derived Minerals: 1 bottle per 100 pounds per month. 1 ounce per bottle per day in divided doses. It is OK to mix this with any of the other liquids. Conversely, you can take the Ultimate Mineral caps instead. This product will cost less to ship – especially overseas. Get 1 bottle per 200 pounds per month. Take 1 cap per 100 pounds per day between meals.
