  • Moderate alcohol intake and caffeine — excessive consumption can spike pressure

  • Stay hydrated (with water, not sugary drinks)

  • Track blood pressure regularly, and adjust in collaboration with your provider

I want to start off my story which in April of 2017, I found Dr. Glidden from a you tube video on Chemotherapy. I knew from seeing other friends family and Acquaintances who followed this protocol did not last long and had horrible side effects. After watching Dr. Glidden's radio show and his description of the 12 bad foods I was always open minded and began the journey of eliminating these foods from my diet. Also into the bargain I began to take the 90 EN on a daily basis. The Changes that occurred kept me going because the first symptom of really bad heartburn vanished.  I was also prone to headaches daily. That also vanished.  Following the 12 bad food list one naturally will move away from a high carb diet, to one high in protein and vegetables. Before even I had even noticed, I was being complemented on the weight that I was losing. I went from a 34 inch waist down the a 32 and the "beer belly" vanished.  I also had ringing in the ears and back pain. I began taking extra calcium and Gluco gels and both of these conditions have been corrected.  I also was running a blood pressure of 155 over 102 on a regular basis. One year later my resting blood pressure is 135 over 86!!  My sleep is better, my mood is better, my sex drive is better, everything has brightened up and as a male who is 51 years old I'm looking forward to many more healthy years because of Dr. Glidden and Dr. Wallach!!

I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 16 months ago. My glucose blood reading was between 16 and 29.5, cholesterol up too high, high blood pressure and fatty liver disease and I don't drink alcohol. I have been told by the doctor, that I was lucky to see him, otherwise, I would have a stroke, deadly stroke in the very near future. This was a shock to me. Hi Dr. Glidden! 

In 2013 I was placed on blood pressure, Xanax, and statin drugs – conditions were getting worse, with noticeable side effects.  Prayed to the Lord Jesus for relief – to go to heaven or for alternative health care strategies.  Introduced (viewing on TV) to Dr Wallace and subsequently to Dr. Glidden in 2014. In late 2014, I decided to stop all MD medication. In early 2015 immune system, digestive system and connective tissues were all severely compromised - refused to return to MDs.

 Experienced severe psoriasis, eczema. tabs out brakes, compromised connective tissue system, osteoporosis of the skull, also subsequently lost 25 pounds. Started dabbling with Youngevity protocols; used more aggressively in early 2016.  Sought advice regularly from you, regularly saw Chiropractor, and in 2017 added vibration therapy and colonics.  Had to modify protocols, and also added non-Youngevity supplements to the program.

Went to the MD in Dec. 2017 to complete lab test, and for a health assessment.  MD’s only (minor) concern was elevated total cholesterol – which included a high HDL reading – all other results were good. Praise God, I’ on a journey back to ‘excellent health’, with no MD assistance! By accident I guess or is it by Divine intervention I found Warrior Immune System on face book and a short video clip by Dr. Peter Glidden ND talking about high Blood pressure. I never heard the information before about how to lower High Blood Pressure by using calcium and magnesium for the artery that pumps blood into our veins. I ordered Magnesium Taurate 400 and after taking this supplement a week my blood 
pressure was getting lower. I soon found out about yougevity products and a week later my order arrived and I started on Heart and brain pack in mid Feb of 2017. I signed up to be a Dr. Gidden advocate to learn more and started to follow the best advice I have ever heard in 50+ years. Now having followed Dr. Peter Glidden ND advice and having been on Youngevity supplements for only a couple weeks I was able to eliminate blood pressure medication for the first time in 5 years and with no help from 4 different family MD practices. I use OMRON monitor and a CVS monitor. I am also sleeping better at night, my breathing is better as I am not winded walking up hills as this was starting to happen. My name is Brian Taylor and I've been doing Youngevity for a year now and believe me it works. As a subscriber to your Glidden.healthcare website I am responding to your request for "My Remarkable Cure" stories. I had first heard you on Infowars as a guest a few years ago, and then by pure coincidence met you in Chicagoland; I was the bald guy who came out to repair your Viking range! Months later I decided to become a subscriber to your website and choose to be more diligent in fixing my health problems. Currently I work in Chicagoland every other week, living the rest of the time in Atlanta, Ga. Anyway...here is my story...

For the record I am a 47 year old male, 165 pounds. I suffered from allergies and asthma since my youth, relying on Western medicine and my "rescue" inhaler to "manage" my asthma. I also tended to catch colds, bronchitis, and whatever else that was "going around" at the time. Also my blood pressure was high. Since taking the following Youngevity supplements for the past 9 months, I have not had an asthma attack in about 6 months and other health issues have improved remarkably. Here is what I currently consume per month:

1 pail of Tangy Tangerine 2.0
1 pail of Beyond Osteo FX Powder (for me better results than the liquid)
1 bottle of Projobo Omega 120ct  (changed about 2 months ago from the EFA plus)
1 bottle of Plant Derived minerals
2 bottles of Sellenium

I also do my best to avoid the 12 bad foods, most notably gluten, oil in bottle, meat with nitrates, and any fried foods. I also stick to non GMO and Organic items. 

Now before I dove into my regiment, I had blood pressure readings easily in the 150 to 160/100! I knew I had to do something, and I was determined to not go with my Dr's (since "fired" by the way...) suggested DASH diet and blood pressure medication. Now not only have I not had asthma symptoms for about 6 months, but my blood pressure is down to about 135/90 on average with no medication.I feel my recovery would have been even speedier had I upped the supplements (budgetary constraints!) and was more diligent with my diet.
