Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I don’t understand why you can’t drink alkaline water with food. I had invested in this expensive $600 water filter that makes your water alkaline but after you said that it’s not good to drink alkaline water with food I bought a Britta filter which I use most of the time because of the food issue. Can you explain why I can’t use alkaline water with food.

This is Benjamin O from the Bronx, New York. The recommendation for persistent coughing with mucus coming out of the mouth and nose of my mother has been very difficult for me to administer because 3,6,9 EFA is causing her to use the bathroom a lot ,and respiratory good herbs support. She has been suffering from it for the past two months. When she does coughs her hands shivers for a while and stops-It happens in the morning. sometimes in the afternoon ,and evening and night time. When it happens i put in vicks vapor rub in a warm water with towel and place it under her nose and let breathe in- like steaming. That tends to help for a while. Thank you.

Dr. Glidden, I heard your comment on Dr. Tenpenny’s podcast (great interview) that dog food may be more nutritious than human food, and it raised an important point worth exploring further. While Big Ag has clearly degraded the quality of human food with chemicals and depleted nutrients, the pet food industry may be just as compromised, if not more so, through feed-grade ingredients, rendering practices, and regulatory loopholes most consumers never see. I recently had the opportunity to interview Susan Thixton, who has spent over 30 years investigating and documenting these issues. A conversation between your perspective and her findings could be incredibly eye-opening for your audience. Would you consider interviewing Susan Thixton? Pets are an important part of many families, and this topic could expose uncomfortable truths about what people are really feeding their animals. Angela in the Gardens of Alva

Hi Dr. Glidden, Max here from the D.R. Thank you for your guidance on the blood tests. I’ll proceed with the Complete Blood Chemistry panel, including the liver and kidney/bladder profile, and will follow up with the results. I wanted to clarify two points: Regarding my weight: when I mentioned I lose weight easily, I meant that as a 5'11" ectomorph who has stopped strength training, I still need to eat a large amount of food just to maintain my weight around 140–145 lb. When I used to do bodybuilding, I was able to hit 155+ lb. Currently, I find it difficult to gain weight despite eating more than my peers, and my activity level is moderate (tennis 2–3 times per week). Is this within a normal range, or would it be worth evaluating my thyroid function? I’ve now been on the 90 ENs for almost the full 8 weeks, you suggested me to keep taking them, does that mean I should I continue the rest of the supplements and dosages you initially recommended (The Tangy drink, Osteo FX, EFAs, and Microbiome)? At what point would it be reasonable to stop taking them? I do not want to become dependent on such high doses of minerals. Thanks again for your help! Max

Hi Dr. G! A friend of mine has experienced skin color changes due to hormones. She gets a rash that is also very painful, and doctors and specialists only want to give her steroids and expensive creams that don't do anything. Any thoughts or suggestions of what could help her would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! I have recently been diagnosed with Frozen shoulder. I'm currently taking the 90 EN, and I'm getting treatment at a Positional Release Therapy Institute, which is good, but I would like to know what causes frozen shoulder, and if there is anything else you could suggest that would be helpful to alleviate this pain? It's in my left shoulder. It hurts more at the top of my shoulder. I can lift it to about a 45 degree angle. Ice makes it feel better, but I do some heat on it at night. Any suggestions you have would be helpful!

Hi Doc, Joseph Mercola has an article out this morning where he says: "GLP-1 weight loss drugs suppress appetite and slow digestion, which drains vitamin B1 and triggers a rare but life-threatening brain disorder marked by confusion, balance problems, and vision loss
Most documented neurological cases followed weeks or months of nausea, vomiting, appetite loss, and rapid weight loss, showing that lingering digestive symptoms are a warning sign, not a normal adjustment." I'm off the Youngevity GLP-1 and after my nausea situation a couple of weeks ago I have no plans to go back. (I emailed Bob the link to the article). The Canadian

Greetings, Doc, I checked a reflexology foot chart and noticed that the area of pain on my foot corresponds to the lumbar spine region. I also happen to have some persistent lower back discomfort on the same right side. Do you think there could be any meaningful connection here? What would you recommend in this situation? Could you please also share which homeopathic remedy you used in the case of the 9-year-old girl with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy?
Thank you for your guidance.
