If you have bone on bone arthritis in right hip most likely caused by a fall six years ago, is protocol different? Would extra Gluco-gel and calcium work in this particular situation? Should a partial hip replacement be considered? Unrelated, any sunscreen you would recommend? I hate the white stuff that stains your skin.

Dr Glidden. Last Tuesday , I talked to you about my wife having reoccurring vertigo. She has had no head injuries at all, is gluten free and on the 90. Her vertigo has happened maybe once a month for the last 3 months lasting for about 1 day with the use of Conium 30C, but reoccurs. We need to clarify if what you suggested is to up the strength of Conium Imaculata to 200C 2 pellets AND Take it every Sunday morning and night for 2 months? Can you please explain what the difference of taking 2 pellets twice a day and taking 2 pellets once and then diluting 2 pellets in 4 oz. of water and spreading the liquid doses is please. Thanks

Following your advice on April 17, about increasing protein in diet, my swelling in feet has finally gone down. However, I had an ultrasound test done on both lower legs, and it came out that I have narrowing of arteries in both legs, probably caused by fatty deposits. It is worse in the left leg. There is no pain in the legs. I had a heart attack, and an angioplasty done three years ago with a stent placed in my heart artery. Can something be done to reduce the plaque? What do you recommend?

Hello Dr. G. My 89 year old mother has on-set dementia and I’ve just started her on the Healthy Body Start Pack, Ultimate EFA’s and Selenium. I’m also making her a shake with the Plant derived minerals, OsteoFX with 6 eggs and chunks of fruit. She loves the shakes but cannot finish the BTT drink in the day. If I have her take the BTT in capsules, how many can I have her take? She’s on blood thinner and Synthroid. How can I optimize what’s she’s taking as she’s getting frustrated with my new protocols for her.

My husband (age 84, great health, no vax, no Rx) was told he has cataract in left eye that needs surgery. His vision is poor in that eye due to steroid drop damage from many attacks of iritis in past years. Is there any other option to help improve his vision? Is cataract surgery best option?

Good evening Dr. G...John had a nerve test today (regarding his curled toes) and he told him that it was his tibea nerve...want's him to do an MRI....I asked why he couldn't do a ultra sound and he said that an MRI is easier to read. Also saw our chryo today and he said that John had the toe problem before his stroke. The neurologist was testing John's abilitiies ... he can not lift your heals up (stand on his toes) when standing and leaning on something. He has tried Ruta grevolens 30 c and one other remedy that I can't remember...help! He actually curls his toes to balance so that he can walk.

Hello Dr. Glidden, I am a new subscriber going on two months. Currently doing the 90EN and staying away from the bad foods. Have noticed subtle but positive changes in my skin, hair, sleep, and tiny capillaries in the whites of my eyes seem less noticeable. Have a problem with rash under breasts and armpits. Dear Doc G Carla from West FL. Am making an appointment with, Bob will let me know next couple days about it. Meantime — what I can do to facilitate that meeting with you — what cb done ahead of time, if anything. Also, over this past 10 months w this colitis condition other symptoms also show up at times. Such as itching at night over my body and it will pass after a good scrubbing. Also, urine seems to stay w pH a little high in the morning. I did the test strips for pH per the natural dentist and that was the finding over approx 6 days. Mildly acidic. Maybe that is making the perineum itch a little — bc when it gets rinsed well, this kind of itch is superficial bc it mostly goes after warm rinse. The other pinpoint itch is not superficial — it is deeper and has been there since 2012 but now it is sometimes better. Not sure what makes it go away to some degree. But am glad for that. But it is not gone. Recently dawned on me that in 2014 I had a device implanted in my pelvis which was the result of surgical repair of cystocele + rectocele (due to damage of perineum after child birth.) I was in my early 50’s at that time — and so much urinary incontinence but the surgery resolved it almost completely. But now, 12 years later, am wondering if it is the root cause of some of this. Idk. Maybe its not at all a problem but I really don’t know. And to report the condition and symptoms might just be expanding and not being cured. Finally ===last several days had a fairly sudden onset of arthritis which I have NEVER before had. Never. Make you feel OLD. I have been highly mobile and athletic and spry up until now and so this is a dramatic downturn for me. What could be going on?
