Betsy Asks: There are two diagnostic labs, one my area and one in LA where two of my customers recently had blood tests. The only thing showing up in their blood tests are high readings of B-12. Their doctors are frightening them about the high levels, and warning of possible bad side effects. Neither customer has a clue what the bad side effects are supposed to be, yet they have read the label on Beyond Tangy Tangerine, and are blaming their high B-12 levels on the high content in BTT. BTT 2.0 has only 1000 mcg, but the percentage probably concerns them because the daily value is listed as 41,667%.Questions: Would it be prudent for my customers to take Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support, Heart Support and Circulatory Support prophylactically? Or is it possible they are cheating on the 12 bad foods and something they are eating is blocking a normal absorption process and imbalancing the B-12? Thanks for your help!

I am 71, take no prescription medications and have been on the 90 for 10 months. I eat a healthy, primarily organic diet, and off the 12 bad foods. I had sudden pain on the lower left side of my jaw when I went to eat dinner Sunday night. I noticed swelling along the lower left gum line under tooth #19, which has a crown. There was no precipitating injury. The pain was about a 6 out of 10 and got worse when I pressed on that tooth, touched the gum area, or bit down.

Because I wondered if it might be an infection, I started taking 10 drops of oregano essential oil in a gel capsule every 4 hours, added Rhus Tox, used saltwater rinses, and applied a cold pack externally. The pain and inflammation have improved, but it has not fully resolved. I contacted my biological dentist but he is 1000 miles away and would want to exam it. Good evening this is Nova I recently had my follow up appointment with you and we discussed about my chest being very congested and that I have a persistent cough, you recommended I take the camphor to help counter the previous remedy which I did, but the cough, and chest congestion are still lingering. Any recommendations to help me get over this cough. Thanks! I will be making my next appointment soon. I also have post nasal drip and when I breath deep my lungs feel discomfort and it makes me cough. My cough is productive mostly in the morning.

Dr. G. Sacramento here. Need your recommendation for female age 58 with 1-2x per year ear infections with ear drum bursting about a month ago after a trip to Tahoe- 1 week of ear pain. Ive been on the 90 EN and OsteoFx for 5 weeks now and eliminated 12 bad foods, overall in good health otherwise. I reviewed yor Hearing Loss protocol and it recommends reviewing the "otitis media" section to learn how to deal with ear infections, yet I am unable to find that protocol. Thanks for any tips.

hi Doc it's Cyndi, I was taking the Nux 100c and this time I had severe anxiety. the hot fire balls in my arms and chest pounding. I stopped it for a day to make sure it was the Nux and not life stress, when I resumed same thing happened. Are the sensitivity to these healing while I'm having these reactions? I have stopped, today is day 3 off and still feeling anxious. The squishy pillow feel on the soles of my feet are still there as well.

Hi Dr. G. Thanks for your recommendation to read Morley Robbin's book on copper (Cure Your Fatigue). Incredible to find out how iron is bound up and causes so many problems in the absence of bio-available copper! My question is about his mention of hair tissue mineral analysis to not only measure the minerals in the body but to help determine the amount of heavy metals accumulated in the body. Is this test worth doing in your opinion or should skip the test and simply do your heavy metal detox protocol? Thanks for all you do!

Dr Glidden can you please explain why since I have taken the Cal Toddy I have gotten eye twitching especially in the left eye. When I stop using this the twitching has subsided. I also get a lot of urination at night. This may be a coincidence but is the Cal Toddy causing this as I noticed that the other ingredients in the Cal Toddy have Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate and Citric Acid which I have read is a carcinogen. Is this true?? Are these excipients bad?? Also My right kidney is larger than my left and got infected a few years ago when I had kidney stones. Your help would be most appreciated. Doc, I am taking the protocol supplements but I noticed that I get very sleepy afterwards. I won't take it before work because I lack the energy if I take the supplements before. I know it suppose to have a low glycemic content, but it does have that effect on me. Please advise what I can do to minimize the effect. Thank you.

Old wound finally clearing up, thanks to your help on it. But swelling around ankle is still there--wondering if veins are having a hard time pushing blood upwards. What can be done to help ease the swelling in that one ankle/foot/leg?

Good Evening Dr. Glidden, Tom B (73) Lockport IL, every view years I have been getting a MRI ( i think with contrast) of my upper abdomen to see if there has been any changes in my Neuroendocrine Cancer tumor. I am currently scheduled to get a Serum copper Plasma Zinc blood test , but I would also like to know if the tumor is PHYSCIALLY larger or smaller than in previous MRI's, especially with the new diet I am subscribing to following your recommendations. I don't think the serum copper plasma test will tell me that. So my question is : IS a MRI test considered risky? Is there a alternative that would give me a better view of the tumor size?7

Dr Glidden Carla here from Florida. I have a pretty bad headache since yesterday morning 6/29/26. I usually wake up with a sinus-area headache but this is not that. The pain is along the top - as in the crown — or the parietal lobes and not too much other areas. This headache has not gone away at all. It may be worse as the day has progressed. I say this in contrast to another more common headache I wake up with: that is over the sinuses. That headache goes away after a couple hours of being awake. I also started taking Good Herbs Sinus formula. That helped somewhat. The headache I have right now is not going away. It’s interfering with function and activity today. I can rest but hurts too much to sleep. Along with this: somewhat high blood pressure today — 160’s over 90’s. I typically am 120’s over 80’s. In attempt to mitigate the BP, I took my old previous BP meds losartan and amlodipine. That was taken 5 hours ago and BP has gone down only few points. Gone a little — now 161/91. 5 hours earlier at 4:30pm it was 169/ 96. I am also, nauseous right now. I applied peppermint oil over the head and it barely helps, only a tiny bit and then the headache comes back hard again. Pain is 8/10. What can you recommend to overcome this and also, to get some sleep tonight ? And mostly how to resolve this altogether. Thanks
