Hi Dr Glidden,  Taking 90 essentials, minerals & enzymes; following 12 bad foods since Oct' 2025. Also took flora fx and microbiome for a few months. Was hospitalised with idiopathic pancreatitis in Sept 2026.  Now taking Bach flower remedy and Ignatia 1M for current stress. Heartburn has improved since 90 essentials etc. but still suffer intermittantly; washes up, pain under chest/upper ribcage area, only happens when supine..remedy used: get upright again using electric bed.
Heartburn started when taking NSAIDs during menstrual cycle from age 20 to 30 due endometriosis. Endo pain ceased with first pregnancy at age 30. I am now 55, within healthy weight, eat mostly organic. Main meal middle day, no food after 5pm.  Last endoscopy 2020 showed; mild basal hyperplasia and intercellular oedema in oesophagus and chronic gastritis with patchy intestinal metaplasia in antrum.  Is there anything further I can do for heartburn and to avoid further pancratitis, please? Thank you very much.  Rosie  Australia

Aside from stopping the 12 Bad Foods where would you recommend this lady start please? Do you have a protocol for women with endometriosis?   Is it ok to take Good Herbs Hypothalamus Support and then Heart Support a few hours later? Can these two be taken together?

Dr Glidden what is your thoughts on this parasite with lettuce?

Woof from the Last of the Van Derpools: Have you heard of Sampler's Triad ( asthma, nasal polyps, and sensitivity to aspirin and other NSAIDs)? MDs 'polyp cure' made a hole in the septum; polyps keep regrowing. How do you cure nasal polyps forever?

I started taking Ruta graveolens 12c for knee sprain. Took 2 pellets 3 X on Saturday and 1 X Sunday morning. By 11:30am Sunday I was experiencing rapid heart rate, 120 bpm and it was irregular. Would this homeopathic cause that? I ate nothing unusual Sunday morning.  What do you recommend for mercury detox? Mercury was found in blood on a "live blood cell test."

Hi, this is Gracie from Chicago. I want to do 16 hour intermittent fasting from now on to help heal my gut. When I put blueberries into my smoothie in the morning to take my 90 EN- does that count as food when it turns into liquid? Also, I saw a new G.I. doctor today and when she listened to my abdomen, She heard a lot of gurgling from gas. She said to take Align Probiotic once a day in the morning because it helps get rid of the gas. she will be testing me for Sibo. she said while I’m taking the align Probiotic in the morning I should abstain from taking my digestents before a meal and she wanted me to abstain from all the other supplements I’m taking, that it could be upsetting the flora in my gut but I told her I can’t do that. Also, she suggested I go to a university hospital, which would be more comprehensive.

Hey Doc! Ken B. here. Getting back to you on quantifying Mrs. B's hip pain. FEELS LIKE: hot, constant burning ache, a steady dull type of pain. WHERE: Deep in the left hip joint(most pain), radiating to groin and outer glute (lesser pain as you get away from joint), at times radiates into upper to mid front thigh (cramps). WHEN: Constantly/all the time, with varying intensity. FEELS BETTER: Sitting(better), sitting and reclining(best), a little worse when lying in bed. FEELS WORSE: Exercise, Walking(0-10 scale) = 10, Standing(0-10 scale) = 7. Hope this provides enough detail. To recap, she recently switched from Naturum Fluoratum (knee pain aggravation) to Causticum (no impact). Appreciate your thoughts.

Hey Dr G! I had been on levothyroxine for the past 8 years for hashimotos hypothyroid. I talked to my Endocrinologist to switch me over to Armour, he highly discouraged me not to, but agreed to. He said most of his patients that wanted to go on Armour ended up going back to T4 treatment because they didn’t do well on it. I started Armour 30mg on May 10, rechecked labs after 4 weeks and they were all in normal ranges, but I felt like terrible, had headaches, fatigue, no energy, the normal hypothyroid symptoms. The doctor increased dosage to 60mg and I have been on this dosage for almost seven weeks. I felt awful for several weeks, pressure behind eyes, lightheaded at times, no energy, feels like I’m in slow motion, forgetful, heart palps. Since yesterday, I am feeling better but still some light pressure behind the eyes and head. I had labs Friday and they are in normal range again FT3 3.01 (2.2-4.3), FT4 .67 (063-1.36), TSH 2.17 (.34-5.6). The doctor still hasn’t reached out to me since the labs came in. I feel like I could use a little more just by going by my current symptoms. Do you have any suggestions on dosing? Thanks for all you do!

Good evening Dr Glidden, Jose in California I took the plumbum metallicum 30c for 2 days I would get that random sharp twisting pain in my right arm at night. So I stopped taking them. Recap I had an ischemic stroke a month ago that affected my left side of my body. So I did a in house experiment. I fastest for 40 hours only taking the 90 and I hardly had no pain at all. I started eating again doubled my efas from 3 to 6 and doubled the plant derived minerals from 1 cap to 2 at night felt slight pain. So I am fasting again going on 48 hours and I am not having pain only when I try to stretch back my arm but overall arm is feeling great. Any other recommendations. Thank you  I stopped taking atorvastin 2 weeks ago would any remains in the body be causing this.

Want to get hubby off of apixaban (blood thinner) and seizure meds that VA prescribed years ago (he's an injured Viet Nam vet). We think we shouldn't go "cold turkey" and switch to a natural way. I'm the caregiver; he's 81 and seems willing to make the change now, finally! Is there a protocol in your book; looked for it but I couldn't find it. BTW, he's the one who had the mole on his temple that we remedied with the battery technique you recommended. He's now a believer. Thanks for all your patience and help.

From my non-english speaking friend: what should I do for 12 year-old kid that has platelet count more than 2,000,000 then down to after cleaning blood 800,000? Docs want to do bone marrow test next week. Is this necessary. He has no symptoms. Normal kid. He's been coughing for a month due to possible mold exposure.

Hi Doc, I’m having sharp pains on my left mid side for the past 4days. It hurts when I move. Last night was unbearable and took neproxen the first time and don’t want to take again. Last Sunday I did so many outdoor activities at lake tahoe and could be muscle spasm or my nerves. Hope you can give me your best advice. Thank you! It’s a sharp dull pain that I am feeling.

Can you take 2 different homeopathics for different reasons on the same day?

What would you think if a 27-year-old man developed sudden, severe upper abdominal pain that has progressively worsened over three days? The pain is constant but comes in waves that become so severe he curls into a ball and it's painful to take a deep breath. The pain radiates to his back, is associated with nausea and several episodes of diarrhea at the beginning, but no vomiting. He went to the ER twice in one day and had an ultrasound, CT without contrast, CT with contrast, blood work, and an EKG, all reportedly normal, and was discharged both times. He is now taking hydrocodone while waiting for a GI appointment and is not on your vitamin protocol. What would be your first thoughts about what could be causing this?  correction - it's oxycodone not hydrocodone is what has been prescribed for pain
