Hi Doc it's Cyndi I have an appt with you next week but in the interim I aggravated my neck and back lifting and I have been suffering from the pain. Heat helps laying down helps. Sitting too long or standing aggravates it more. Should I go back on the Nux or do you have any other suggestions.

Update and follow up from my last private appointment - completed taking 2 pellets once a day for 7 days of Lachesis Mutus 200ck working on sleep and tinnitus- Sleep has definitely improved (so excited, thank you) …..no improvement with tinnitus…. I get restless legs in the evenings sometimes. Mostly in the warmer months. Left leg mostly. I try to walk it off and keep my legs cool but that doesn't seem to always help.

Casey in Utah, 76 year old man, deaf in one ear because according to the ear doctor, the little hairs in the ear that have calcium crystals at the top of them?…., have the hair broken and dropped?. Dr G, my friend is here with me and she has a question. She recently started on the youngevity health pack and fucoid z and is gradually getting off the bad foods. She will be doing the Leep procedure to remove cervical dysplasia HPV/CIN2 in a few days. The Cyclist: Hey Dr G. I was getting allergy shots years ago and got tired of it after 3 years, was not getting better. They said I was allergic to coach roaches, dogs, cats, grass, trees and dust mites. If I was around people I was the most annoying person because I was alway coughing up flem and people would hand me cough drops to mints. about 2 years ago I started doing chlorine dioxide and did that for about 4 weeks. To my amazement 90% of it was gone. What I am left with effects me most when I lay down at night and would make it hard to get asleep because I start generation flem. It has gotten better since I have been on the 90. When I was at a friends home in Florida who live 3 miles from the beach, when i went to bed, I had zero problems. I think is was that salty air that keep the flem from hitting me again. I want to see if you have any suggestions to make it go away completely.
