Health Recovery Protocol
What to do to attempt to make yourself healthy if you have been diagnosed with:
Sinusitis
MD Cause: An infection by something.
MD Rx: Antibiotics.
ND Cause: A weakened Immune System. Consistent consumption of pro-inflammatory foods, long-term effects of head trauma.
Discussion: The MDs just throw antibiotics at everything, If you took them, plus anti-inflammatories, away they would not know what to do to teat anything (just about). The bones of the head are interconnected like a living jigsaw puzzle. Ehen there is trauma to the head, the bones can be pushed out of place. This will have a negative effect on the central nervous system and the sinuses. Bilateral nasal-specific treatment (see Appendix XVI for an explanation) is recommended if you suffer from chronic sinus problems (especially if you have a history of head trauma). Consistent consumption of mucus forming foods can also be the culprit. Cow’s milk and foods made from cow’s milk are often a problem here. As an experiment, if you suffer from chronic sinus congestion or infections then eliminate all foods made from cow’s milk for 4 weeks and see if you notice a positive difference.
ND Rx: In addition to the 90 EN and elimination of the 12 Bad Foods:
Killer Biotic: 2 capsules 3 times daily with food.
Good Herbs Sinus & Allergy Support: Acute dose outlined in Appendix III.
Homeopathic Kali bichromicum 30C: 2 pellets orally twice daily for 7 days.
