What to do to attempt to make yourself healthy if you have been diagnosed with:
Sprained Ankle

Discussion: Often people will sprain their ankles because the ligaments of the ankle joint are weak. Keep in mind that a certain amount of stress to the ankle will cause anyone’s ankle to be sprained, but because of the under nutrified times that we live in, often it is the weakness of the ankle itself that is the problem.
My Rx – In addition to the 90 EN and the elimination of the 12 Bad Foods:
Immerse the sprained ankle in ice cold water for 3 minutes, three times daily. Let the ankle air dry.
Gluco gel (240) caps: 4 caps twice daily with food.
Homeopathics:
Ruta graveolens: 2 pellets 4 times daily. This is the “Go-to” remedy for any ligament or tendon problem.
Natrum carbonicum: This is for someone who sprains their ankle regularly – as if the ankles are a weak link in their health-chain.
