Is it okay to miss a day here and there during the beet juice protocol?

Hello this is Sonya from near Cincinnati, OH: I've ordered everything for the full moon parasite cleanse (Full moon on October 17th which will be day four for me). Anything I should know? Have you personally done it? I remember you saying once that if you have autoimmune issue (possibly Hashimoto) it's due to a parasite. Does the cleanse directly help with that? Thank you

Nate in Pasadena - We've been hearing about using nicotine gum or patches for solving various issues, like COVID, Parkinson's, even snake venom. (Bryan Ardis) Have you any thoughts on this?

Hey doc, it’s Phil 🙂. As my nursing profession requires me to get an annual influenza vaccine, and no doctor I’ve contacted will grant me an exception, is there any way I can minimize or recover the damage from the vaccine - other than being on the 90 and avoiding the 12? My hospital will no longer accept exemption requests for the year. Thanks doc; I'll reach out for next years exemption

Good evening Dr. Glidden. I asked a question a few weeks ago and you said to get back about the specific pain I am feeling. I am a 40 year old male that showed high TSH which is close to normal now but with thyroid antibodies still present. I have shoulder pain which you asked me to be specific about. Its more painful in the right shoulder but the symptoms are the same in the left. The rotator cuff is sore in the front and the back and it seems like the tendons. The pain is generally consistent and feels like a gnawing pain that sometimes reverberates down my arm into my wrist. I also have pain right at the top of the scapula area. In addition my shoulders sometimes pop which they didnt used to do. I work in law enforcement and my vest's weight seems to aggravate this condition. In the late afternoon early evening it seems to get a bit less noticeable but can be painful while I sleep especially if I raise my arms above my head. There is a similar pain in my right hip in the gluteus minimus area and the pain can shoot down my shin. In either area I dont feel like I have any lost strength or mobility. I thought it could be thyroid connected or some sort of autoimmune as I have had this for a year and a half. I do run and lift weights but doesnt seem to affect it one way or the other much. I do Yoga which helps some and plan to start acupunture. more specifically right scapula

Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I did answer your questions last week, but you told me to answer them in the chat room. Later I realized that you said you never see the chat. I should’ve just went to ask Dr. G and put the information there. but anyway, the left groin Pain feels achy all the time when I have a flareup but it’s painful when I walk. It’s a dull ache all the time can I have a flareup but very painful when I try to walk. it’s not accompanied by anything -so only walking aggravates it. When I googled it said to use ice packs so when I did that and took ibuprofen, I guess it got a little better. now my surgical leg is giving me pain on the very top of my leg. My physical therapist said that it’s my Quadriceps and I need to do PT for it: sore when I press down on one spot in the middle of the top of my surgical leg and is bothersome when I sit down. I can walk up and down the stairs without too much pain on either hip.

Good evening, Dr. Glidden. Matthew from Palm Coast. HICCUPS - a work colleague of mine has the loudest and most violent hiccups I've ever heard. She's far from healthy, though while the hiccups are hilarious to them and the office, I'm sure it hurts after a while. It got me curious if you may have any idea why hiccups even occur and, if possible and desired, ways to ease them (in general, I mean, not my coworker).
Thanks doc. Hoping all is well with you guys over there.

THIS IS SUZYQ O.K. Doc, I noticed there is RICE in Gluten-Free Bread! Rice has Phytates, correct? So how do we balance that out with the Nutrition? Wait and take it in 2 hours or take it an hour before you eat? Do the E.F.A's need to be taken with food? Now, Doc, I need to tell the WORLD about my other testimony's that the Foundation Pack has done for me! and I am expecting to see even more!! A. After 1 1/2 years of pain and suffering, and two severe back-to-back reactions to two prescription drugs (ONE WAS CEPHALEXIN, and the other was INTESTINOL ! After seeing several M.D.s, Orthopedic Physicians,Podiatrists and a Chiropractor, and even driving myself to the EMERGENCY ROOM,I had even taken GABAPENTIN & TRAMADOL PLUS I EVEN WROTE OUT MY WHOLE OBITUARY! I was COMPLETELY healed of a neuropathy type of situation after going off the 12 bad foods & taking the Foundation Pak, thanks to you, Doc! I know you knew I was really struggling with this for a long, long time! THE PAIN IS COMPLETELY GONE! WELL GLORY! B. I also want to thank you, DOC, for coaching me through to getting off of my C-PAP Machine! I had been on it for 4 years and after being Nutrified for the last 2 years I felt good enough to go COLD TURKEY off of it! It feels so good to be FREE from that piece of junk! Good riddance, and PRAISE THE LORD! Also, our our testimony's with the headshot, are they on your website? I don't take EFA's with fish oil, because I can't have fish oil, so is it still o.k?

last week you recommend vital nutrients number 2 for female over 60. Do you need to add amino acids to those and if so, which from vital nutrients? Are they also good for males of any age?

Hello to my health advocate hero- My life is kind of a country song waiting to be written right now…nothing serious but we just got flooded by the hurricane in SW Florida, I have a head cold, and fire ants bit my toes and foot. And I have abdominal cramps tonight. I’m using charcoal to suck the pus from the insect bites, Hepar Sulph for my deep cough, and Nux Vomica for the bloating and cramps. Do these homeopathic remedies intersect? Thank you and God bless. I'm one of your followers from Bellevue, WA, but I spend winters in Florida. Lucky me! I'm also the follower who convinced her 68 year old allopathic doctor husband to get off his cholesterol meds and blood pressure meds...so now he's taking the 90 essentials. We respect you so much! I meant interact- not intersect, obviously

Good evening Dr. G...Kathy from Michigan...went to hear doctor last week, he informed me that the AFib I was told that I had 10 years ago is actually SVT. From reading about this, it's telling me that my heart will race 100-200 beats per minute. I check my bp and heart rate a lot....never noticed on my blood pressure sleeve or the heart rate/oxygen thingy I put on my finger never shows my heartbeat highter than 80...

Does the Gluco Gel help reverse thinning of joint space? My mom Karen loves the 90 nutrients program, with that note she has noticed improved vision in the eye. She will continue to take this wonderful product. Thankful Dr. G
Greetings Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here... Question regarding an answer you gave a few mins ago... Given that EFA's require pancreatic enzymes & bile salts to digest, enabling absorption, would it not be advantageous to take them with food, as the digestion process is enhanced when food is ingested? Please correct me if I err... Thank you again for your work on our (and others') behalf. - Paul -
