Good evening, Dr. Glidden. Matthew from Florida. On the 90 and avoiding the 12. I asked last week about UV and the sun regarding dodging skin cancer. Thank you for the detailed response. I’d like to now ask your opinion on blue-light blocking glasses. I’m adapting to an office job which I’ve never had before, so I’m looking for ways to keep healthy while I do so. That UV thing was myth busting to me so I’m curious any insights you may have. And, lastly, my mother is not yet on the 90 and not yet avoiding the 12. She’s seen my recovery after learning from you and is very welcome to learning. I’ve even got her set to providing her a 24-hour pass to be here, though she can’t attend tonight so this question is for her. She is on two prescription medications and she wants to be healthy and be able to stop taking them so she can finally fire her MD. She is on Metoprolol for SVTs (Super Ventricular Tachycardia) as well as Syntheroid. She wants to get off them but is concerned about dropping the Metoprolol the most. Betsy from Stuart: When someone has caffeine it stimulates the adrenal glands. When the caffeine no longer has that effect, ( as seen in people who can sleep after a whole pot of coffee), does this mean their adrenal glands are exhausted? Am I correct in assuming that you have endorsed all products on your FullScripts website store as being the best alternative when we can't get Youngevity's equivalent?

Good evening, Dr. G- I know you typically don't discuss pharmaceuticals, but can you talk about ivermectin and whether it makes sense for doctors to prescribe off-label uses for it to treat "covid" (if covid is even real), or for viruses? Or as a prophylactic for viruses during travel? If time for a second question: do you know about spike proteins in the body from the evil mRNA vaccine- do you know about any therapies? Several family members fell prey to the vaccine. I have heard about nattokinase and selenium possibly being helpful for vaccine injuries.

Are there any differences in treatment depending on the variant? 1. My left arm has appeared to have gotten an aggravation. It is an itchy rash which is on the same spot on the inside of my arm which happened several months before. Diane from Idaho. I am recovering from a week old cold and flu - but I can’t get past the irritated throat and dry cough. I drink a lot of water and liquids - but there is a spot in my throat that feels as if water never reaches it. Cool liquid is easier on the throat than warm. Warm actually tends to make me cough more. Is there hope of a homeopathic remedy? I am on the 90+ and avoid the 12 + carrol test etc - and take no pharmiceuticals not even OTC drugs of any kind.
