Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I purchased the natrum Fluoratum and the instructions that came with it is to take five pellets but sometimes I get six or seven. they’re very tiny. so am I supposed to fill the whole cap full of them instead and take it morning and evening ? And yesterday I spilled about 20 on the counter and I just took all of them instead of trying to put them back. Are they contaminated then and no good after that? Hahnamen labs instructed not to drink coffee not even decaf. Can I drink it anyway? since you didn’t answer my question from the other day, I’m going to ask it again about severe cold feet in the fall and winter time. I have to wear 2 pairs of thick thermal socks, toe warmers, fleece boots and extra fleece liners in my boots to keep them warm and wear boots that are two sizes too big on me just to fit everything in! Any suggestions?

Hi Doc. Two quick questions if I may. 1) are the "on the go" packs of the daily 90 (all pills) as good as the liquids and powders? I am struggling with the taste. 2) Would you recommend putting vitamin C in tub water to eliminate the chlorine?

This is Janis from NC. I am 63 years old, a divorcie from the medical system for almost 7 years. I became a member and following the protocol for arthritis and RA, whichDr’s diagnosed me with 25 years ago. I have been on the diet and supplements for over 90 days. Over all I am much better! I have zero swelling in my knees. I still struggle with continuing pain in my thumbs/wrist and big toes, especially on the left side of my body. Is there a homeopath remedy that might help? Also, how long do I continue with the larger amounts of Good Herbs Bone and Tissue and Immune Support? Thank you, all that I have learned has changed my life!!

Merry, Apache Jct., - No question today. I have been a member/student on your campus for almost a year and just want to thank you for all I've learned. I have watched almost every webinar, many health recovery protocols, Q&As, and your wealth of information has made a huge difference in my health and is a work in progress. You are a great teacher and your parallels make things simple to understand ... Appreciate you more than words can express. I work retail and visit with customers a lot. There are so many who woke up during Covid and I tell them about your website. I also post it on Telegram and Truth Social. Hope it helps!

Doc, Couple Q's from newer members. My wife is 82 and I am 86. Does it take longer for older people to reap the benefits from the 90EN and off the 12 bad foods? We have been on the program for 3 1/2 months except my wife has been experiencing bowel issues from the osteo FX. We are experimenting with reducing the dosage. Is this the best approach? I would like to begin the protocol for macular degeneration. What is your most current recommended protocol for this at my age and would it be the same for my wife who has glaucoma? Thanks, Clair

Hi Dr Glidden, This is Tony from Bowdle, South Dakota. 66 years old. I have had the following episode ~6 times. First perhaps 4 months ago. I’ll describe for when the episode was its most severe (2 times). Sudden blurred vision. Lack of balance. I did not even feel safe to walk for 5-10 minutes. Nausea. Afterward a migraine (pain always in right temple, as with all my other migraines). Did not feel right for hours. I had an echocardiogram, which came out fine. (I had open heart for double aortic and mitral valve replacement – due to a bicuspid aortic.) I am just wondering what might be the cause and what I can do.
