Hello Dr Glidden, we have a customer who has very soft thin skin which bleeds very easily and it ends up leaving red blotches. He is type 2 diabetic. He also has high blood pressure. He is a truck driver and is doing long hauls. He makes his own stews and soups before he goes on a long haul to help keep his blood sugar in check. At home he has meat, fish and salad. What would you recommend for his skin condition please? Another customer heard you say in a webinar that people who can’t eat the 12 eggs a day that Dr Wallach recommends can take high cholesterol pills instead. Would you have been referring to taking high doses of EFAs? What is the cause of moles and is there anyway naturally to eliminate them? What would you recommend for someone who has just been diagnosed with emphysema? She stopped smoking 10 years ago.

Did you say Six 8 Oz. glasses of water last week because that’s actually enough as a minimum (based on body weight?) or did you say that for another reason?

Good night Dr. Glidden. I have a client who is 100% vegan. What products would you suggest? Also I have a client who did an MRI that showed he has had mini strokes in the past. In addition to the 90, what else would you suggest?
Been taking Rutagraveolous for my meniscus injury doing much better on day 12 thanks! I’m at about 90%, walking a distance is still a bit challenging. also: Could you elaborate on what it means to “crest” on Youngevity. How do you recognize when you do? You mentioned it a couple of weeks ago.

Hello from Leadville, CO! First snow this morning. I bought the products you recommended last Thursday and received them today. I looked at the plant-derived minerals list and was surprised at some of the listed minerals-no amounts given. Included lead, arsenic, barium, cadmium, etc. Thoughts? I have an undergrad Chem Eng, and grad Pharmacology and Toxicology (which is why I am here and believe in Naturopaths). Thank you.

Tina, friend of Betsy, Asks: I am on the 90ENfor several years, Ive been a long time smoker trying to quit and have been diagnosed with oral Leukoplakia. I have two very small tags under my tounge on just the right side and a cauliflower like form on the side of my uvula. Same side as the tags. Betsy was not aware of my smoking when she asked you for a homeopathic remedy last week. You suggested Kali muriaticum in the 12 C, which I have started taking. Is this the correct remedy since I am still trying to quit smoking? Thank you!

Hey Doc! Ken B. here. Leaky gut update: Sticking to the fruits and vegetables diet with easily digestible proteins and 36 hour fast once a week. Mental clarity now almost 100%. Stool quality continues to improve. Nearly perfect yesterday. Perseverance and patience paid off. I’ve learned from you the importance of not dismissing symptoms, and that everything is connected. So that’s why I bring up this next point. During this leaky gut episode, possibly five weeks into it, an old familiar symptom (Erector Spinae muscle knots up), crept up in my back, that I had not felt in almost a decade . It stems from the scoliosis that I have. I need to get back to a chiropractor once I can afford it, but meanwhile, I’m using the Spine-Worx apparatus. It’s just curious that this popped up out of nowhere while I was in the midst of the Leaky Gut turmoil. How much sense does it make that the two may be connected? Is it common for old symptoms to creep up when dealing with a new ailment? Is there a homeopathic that I can take to address this?

I have 4 quick questions - 1. In the list of 12 bad foods, you include fried foods. I am assuming you mean deep fried foods, which makes sense. Does that also include stir-fried foods with animal fat or ghee, because they both would have high smoke point temperatures? 2. In your list of good foods, you include roasted mixed nuts, not peanuts. But don’t they roast the nuts with oil at high temperature, probably using cheap oils? If so, wouldn’t that be like a fried food? 3. What do you have against peanuts? They seem to have more protein than a many other nuts. 4. In general, isn’t high temperature cooking bad, because it must destroy a lot of nutrients? Acrylamide forms only at high temperatures.
My brother has gout and has been taking Allopurinol. He is experiencing peripheral neuropathy and believes that Allopururiol may be causing this. In your "Attempt to Cure" book, there are only naturual products listed if there is a gout attack.
My brother wants to take a natural product to prevent a gout attack. What do you recommend?

Dr G, Is there a specific age where it becomes too late for a healthy pregnancy, or is it primarily determined by the overall health of the body regardless of age? P.S With hydrotherapy, is it necessary to use both hot and cold towels or is a cold one sufficient?

Do you have any general recommendations for pregnancy? Have one person with high blood pressure, currently hospitalized for 2 weeks until she can deliver a premie. Her mom will get her the 90EN. Is very worried. Another JUST announcing pregnancy by IVF. So probably 6 months to go. ALalALSO - my husband has been on 90EN w/Selenium post stroke. Some lingering issues. How would we get the brain protocol? Lingering issue is numbness face to feet and tingling - nervous system dialed to 11, especially Left arm and hand. My daughter has a ganglion cyst. The doctor scheduled her for surgery next week. What would be your recommendation? She is 130lbs. I also have a 24 year old who wants to know how to reverse gum recession. I suggested tangy 90 essentials and osteo. What do you suggest?

besides the Healthy foundation pack, I’m taking 100 mg of B1 for my neuropathy on the bottom of myIn a feet- the burning and tingling. you said previously that we don’t need to take additional B vitamins, so should I stop this therapy as my podiatrist recommended, and maybe it’s hurting my digestive disorder with the bloating pain.

Your previous caller reminded me of this: A relative of ours has endometriosis. Just this morning she had a procedure for that and also something with her ovaries. She has given birth to one child 8 years ago and has since had 4 miscarriages. I have not yet introduced her to the 90. Shall I recommend anything in addition?
