Hi Dr. G, what would be the ideal supplement protocol for a young woman who plans to get pregnant and/or is currently pregnant. My son and his wife are wanting to conceive within the next year and I have a client whose daughter is newly pregnant. They prefer taking the tablet and capsule forms. But if possible I would like to know both options using the powders and/or liquids along with the pill forms and exclusively the tablet and capsule forms. Thanks so much.

I’ve taken your gammodyn copper for four months twice a day the first two months once a day for the last two months I’m still getting flareups of urgency to pee when I don’t have to, so do I just keep taking the gammodyn copper? I’ve already started, the treatment with the chiropractor that you suggested this week. I’ve had it done twice in fact just an hour ago and now I have a flare up again of urgency to pee.

Hi. Cher, from Alberta, Canada. I am taking the youngevity products. I tried to stop the Omoprezole I'm on for heartburn (I'm down to 1 30mg pill per day) and only made it 3 days before the heartburn got so bad I had to start again. Am I even absorbing the youngevity products into my bloodstream while on heartburn medication? If not, how do I stop? I eat a keto diet as well. Thanks!

What are your thoughts on timing of detoxing? A couple times a year? Ongoing? Mostly ongoing with some breaks? Different for various detoxes: microbiome vs liver vs lymph vs heavy metals vs parasites? Varies too much per individual to be able to say, in general? (Leadville,CO) An update from Leadville member’s ‘endometrial cancer-stage one’ diagnosis. Second opinion on the lab report photo: some abnormal cells, but nothing to worry about. Also had microbiome checked: all healthy/good stuff present; no bad stuff present. Liver good, lymph good heavy metals good, parasites good. Recheck of endometrial biopsy by competent person yielded: no abnormal cells or cancer, healthy. I am sorry to say, all that was done before I started your basic protocol (didn’t want to throw more variables into the mix before I found out a baseline for what I had been doing for the previous 3 months based on my naturopathic/homeopathic research}. We had 14" of snow over the weekend.
