Hi, I just got diagnosed with clinical depression. Are there any vitamins you can recommend for this?

Hey Doc! Ken B. here. Testimonial/observation: In the live chat on December 7th, you recommended that I take Calcarea Florica 200C to address one leg being shorter than the other due to hip misalignment. Within a day or two of taking it, the back pain in my lower left side was eliminated. I had been plagued with this pain since going through the cold/crud about six weeks prior. I had tried all types of isometric exercises, walking for miles, all to no avail. Also upon taking the Calcarica Florica, it really felt like I had had a chiropractic adjustment, of sorts, especially in the pelvic area and lower spine. Reminiscent of when I've had the "million dollar roll" performed on me, as I’m familiar, having many adjustments in the past at the chiropractor. Within another three days, I noticed improvements in stool quality. Lending credence to the notion that my hip/spine misalignment may be causing my gut trouble. To the degree of which I had not experienced since going on Prevacid 20 years ago. Around the day 7 mark , I started to develop twitching in the muscles around my left eye. I continued to take it for another three days until the twitching became so bad that I stopped. All seems to be well but I do notice some deterioration of stool quality now. Wondering now if all my "Leaky Gut" suppositions was mostly an erroneous rabbit hole. Simultaneously, I'm trying to not overthink this, but I'm quite certain of what I've experienced. Welcome your thoughts and thank you so much. Ken B. 2.0....My wife tried the Pulsatilla and it helped some. Can't seem to get the Sanguinaria or the Capsicum until Thursday.

How long should we fast when we have the flu? If the acute symptoms last for a couple days, should we fast the entire period? I started doing colon hydrotherapy last week. Done 2 sessions so far with coffee enema (30 gram of coffee in 50oz fluid). I always urinate quite a lot afterwards. Might have been coffee drunk as well. Is there any caveat to it? Should I be worried that I lose too much electrolytes to excess urination?

My fiancé uses makeup with 22% talc in it. Apparently most makeup also has this as an ingredient and I was wondering if you have any issues with this? Are you ok with using tanning beds as long as you don't get burned?

Hello, this is Sonya from Cincinnati....I'm having a brow lift to lift my sagging eyelids that are impairing my vision. She is doing a direct brow lift and makes a 30 mm incision followed up with sutures. She prescribed an ointment (bacitracin antibiotic type of ointment), which I would rather not use. My question is what is the best remedy to alleviate scarring? PS I made organic yarrow salve with yarrow-infused coconut oil and cacoa butter. Would that work? Also, they told me to stop taking all supplements 2 weeks prior to surgery. You've always said to be as nutrified as possible before surgery, correct?

This if Carla G. What is your opinion on adding minerals to RO water? Should we add some minerals to the purified water we drink? Also, I'm allergic to raw beets...what can I do for a liver cleanse that doesn't involve raw beets?
Great evening Doc Glidden! Could you give me the name of the cancer doctor you recommend who lives in Canada! Thank you so much...Jewell

Hi! You gave me advice last week on how to help my husband with a bad cough. You said to do the 12 EFAs and take kali carbonicum. Well he still has a horrible hacking cough all day long. It is the same during the day as at night. He also has a fever(101) and chills. He says when he coughs really hard and then sneezes he blacks out. Do you have any other advice for this horrible cough? Also, any advice for the rest of us to not catch this? We are on the 90. Thanks! Debbie

hi Doc Glidden, i have a bad case of brain warp from my 7 yr retirement from community college, but i have been looking into systematic reviews - do you have any recommendations for this?
Nate in Pasadena - Have someone who was diagnosed with an "cerebral artery aneurysm" back in Sept but apparently not serious enough for immediate action. Anything to take, homeopathy, etc to help? This person does not have a lot of money so taking the 90 is difficult.

The Tangy Tangerine has always been challenging for me to take and keep down. It seems to have a huge amount of Stevia which makes it super sweet which makes me nauseous. I've heard that the Tangy Tangerine tablets are tough to swallow, but I've decided to try them next month instead of the powder. I've also learned that the tablets have higher orac values. Can you elaborate on this? If the tablets are packed with more nutrition, why wouldn't everyone want to take the tablets?

Hi again! For the clinical depression, the lithium orotate has different mg listed in full script with different brands. can you recommend a specific brand or would you vouch for any of the ones shown? Also, when I take any of the vitamins as liquid I usually feel extremely nauseous after. Do you have any recommendations? Would taking it just as pills be okay? Are there any tablet substitutes for beyond osteo fx and plant derived minerals?

BETSY ASKS: I have found a way to make the Osteo FX palatable by adding lemon juice, but I always get an upset stomach from the osteo no matter what the recipe. Could I be sensitive to stevia?
Nothing aggravates it doesn’t matter what I do lying sitting walking it’s the same nothing makes it better. Nothing makes it worse.
