Hello Dr Glidden, we have a customer who has osteonecrosis, most likely from long term steroid and cancer treatment. She is also waiting for a liver transplant and only has half a kidney. In your experience is the osteonecrosis reversible? If so, what nutrition would you recommend for that and to address all her issues please? Another customer who is a very fit athlete has just discovered he has a very high calcium reading with a 50% calcium blockage in one artery. Doctor has put him on statins and a blood thinner. Can you recommend a natural way to dissolve the calcium buildup please and explain what causes it? He is very concerned about stopping the statins as the doctor has told him the blockages will increase without them.

Casey in Utah, Is there any reason I can’t mix the osteo FX with a small amount of wine just before bed to help me sleep?…. Provided it’s the right kind of wine?…, wine seems to put me to sleep.

Hi Doc, Kathy B from Suffield CT getting back to you from one week ago. 6 months of a right shoulder rotator cuff injury. Took Ferrum Metallicum 12c for past week, 2 pellets three times a day. Didn't move the needle. The dull ache occurs in the anterior part of the upper shoulder muscles when I extend my arm up in front of me or raising it to the side or especially painful when reaching into my back pocket. The worst is when trying to put my arm behind my back. I have no pain if the arm is relaxed at my side and I am not moving it. Lately it is uncomfortable to lie on that shoulder in bed. It makes it hard to do common chores, comb my hair, put on a shirt, pull up my pants or trying to dig some weeds with a trowel. I think it is better if I just back off using that arm right now and let it rest. Have not used ibuprophen or tylenol. Of late, the pain sometimes reaches down into by biceps area and then on to my outside elbow or I can even feel something in my neck. Warm water makes it feel better. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Dr G! Jean from TN! I just wanted to give a quick testimony! I had the flakey, peeling lips and cracks in the corners of the mouth and the homeopathic meds worked…it took some time, but they healed. Thank you so much! I been on Levo 75mcg since 2018 (Hypo & Hashimoto’s). I was on the thyroid protocol for 3 months ending April 12. I am still taking 6 selenium a day and 6 HGH, stopped Ocean’s Gold. I had my scheduled annual follow up with my Endo on Thursday 4/23/26, my labs were FT3 3.13 (2.2-4.3), FT4 .85 (0.63-3.6), TSH 3.28 (0.34-5.6) During the appointment I talked to my Endo about switching to Armour Thyroid. He said he would prescribed it if I wanted to try it, but cautioned me that almost everyone that he has put on natural thyroid had gotten worse symptoms with more hair fall, more weight gain, heart palps, etc. and the natural thyroid meds were inconsistent dosing and most of his patients ended up going back on Levo. He was trying hard to discourage me, but said he would do it. I told him I needed to think about it for a few days. I did a little research over the weekend and some doctors under-dose natural thyroid meds and then call it a failure and put their patients back on Levo. He also had no problem adding liothyronine with the Levo if I wanted to try that. My hair has been falling out for over a year now, I gained a lot of weight and it is hard to lose weight, I have chronic constipation, I get fatigued easy, but fatigue has improved some with the 90 and no 12BF. I also have another “autoimmune condition” since 2020. Should go with Armour or stay with Levo alone and/or add Lio? When I told you on April 9 that I finished the 3 month hypothyroid protocol, you told me to do the 7 day detox and then parasite cleanse. I was not able to do the 7 day cleanse, it wasn’t in the monthly budget to buy the ingredients, but I will be a be able to do my first full moon parasite cleanse at the end of this month. Also, would my liver and kidney labs have an impact with my symptoms, some of them were not in range. My last liver and kidney labs were on 02/2026: AST 35 (0-40), ALT 38 (0-32), Creatinine 1.13 (0.57-1.00), eGFR 57 (59-145). The ALT, creatinine, and eGFR have been out of range for several years. Thank you!

Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. for the last several weeks. I’ve been feeling little dizzy- kind of nauseous -but it’s ever so slight -mostly in the morning.

Hi Doc I took the 6c of the Melilotus 2 tablets on Saturday after I took them it made me dizzy and nautious but it relieved the migraine. It came back several hours later worse than before. I was also very thirsty even after 40 oz of water.I took 2 more and went to bed. It upset my stomach and the 2nd dose did not relieve the pressure. The pain is traveling from my lower back to my neck and head. My neck feels like it's broken in 2 and very tight. Heat helps me but never takes away the pain completely. I have increased the EFA to 3/ 3x a day. Last night I took a pain pill and that didn't help either. This has been a 3 month cycle bad 4 days good 2 days I need relief.

Hello Dr G! I heard the united states finally got refrigeration last year. Good to hear! That's something we take for granted in our igloos.

I have some kind of an infection in my armpit that comes and goes. It's almond shaped and if allowed to it will get more painful and has an odor that my dogs are puzzled by. It backs off if I use a topical anti-fungal. I have gassed it with chlorine dioxide but that leads to hours of pain afterwards. Any ideas what this could be and how I could cure it? I have been dealing with it on and off for a couple of years.

Thanks for all you do!

Greetings, Doc, Is there any homeopathic remedy that could help offset potential effects on the body from prolonged use of Bluetooth headphones? I’ve been using Bluetooth earpieces for around 10–12 hours a day and have started to wonder about long-term exposure to this type of radiation. Thank you for your guidance.

For GI distress, I am trying to recall the Aloe based product your have recommended in the past. Alternatively, i have Aloe plants in my yard, and might try extracting the juicey gel I have read that mixing it with ground up flax seed will be a terrific home made remedy.

What is the best Myrr oil to purchase? What is it good for? Which parts of the body? And if you can't take EFAs...is it okay to take chia seeds as well?

Good evening Doc, the Rhus Venenata worked like a champ with the poison Ivy. I could not find it bigger than 30C so I took 3 pellets instead of 2 and in just 2 days the itch was gone. Thank you!!!

Overview I had a work automobile accident back in December and I am on Workmen’s Comp and insurance company is now denying every treatment. I’ve had chronic persistent numbing, dull and at times sharp pain on my right front hip. I constantly feel the pain from when I wake up and walk around, even causes me to limp on my right side. The same pain symptoms for my right hip travels through to my right groin, even to the backside of my lower right back, and I do feel tingling numbness on the inside of my right ankle. Walking, standing and sitting for too long will increase the pain. What makes my symptoms feel better is a hot shower and an ice pack when I am laying down and elevating my legs with a pillow under them. I’ve had meetings with a surgical orthopedic going over MRIs saying that there is a right hip anterosuperior and acetabular tear. This surgeon has suggested surgery however the insurance company is denying it. I have been taking Youngevity Osteoporosis FX, Glyco-Gel 240 capsules and beyond Tangy tangerine 2.5

Hi Doc! I have been able to dodge doctors for 37 years. I am 71 and stil have all my organs! I love your teachings. Thank you for all you do. Question: Of late I am feeling my back hinnie is burning. I feel pain and I believe it is sciatic. Better when moving and worse when resting or sitting. :) BTW I am on the protocol and off the bad foods. Pain worse on the right side.

my 3 year old girl is suffering asthma for 2 years now or Reactive Airway Disease. She is now on a preventer which goes against everything I have tried to do naturally. Does she go on the same protocol supplements as an adult? I have her on raw milk for calcium and also cod liver oil for omega 3 we have only just come out of another hospital stay here in Australia with low oxygen

My husband has developed a swollen left forefinger. There is swelling and sometimes redness of the distal and proximal joint of the forefinger. He can bend the finger but not fully and it locks. It is very painful.

Hello Dr. Glidden, Glad to join the group once again! I hope you’re doing well. Around 2 years ago, you gave us a nutritional protocol to try for our advanced cataracts; along with the cayenne pepper eyewash. We tried this for 9 months but unfortunately our cataracts have been resistant to any improvement. Do you have any other suggestions that might move the needle towards the resolution of our cataracts?

Thanks for taking our question and we look forward to your reply. Grateful from New Jersey

hello bob Tom Tanzillo here. I just today scheduled an appointment with Dr. Glidden for next Tuesday. He just mentioned during the Q&A that he had some openings tomorrow and Thursday. If you need someone to fill a slot, I'm available either day any time. Also, FYI, the link to the new patient form is now working. Thank you.

Hives Symptom Update (Joe and Matt) About 1 month ago I spoke to you about my son Matt (he is here with me online) He was experiencing, exercise/heat/stress-triggered hives, flushing, and pins-and-needles, ongoing 7–8 months. You suggested it was a Niacin deficiency. Per your advice: No bad foods Psorinum 30C the first week for 9 days per your dosage instruction 90 essentials plus extra 3 oz of Plant Derived minerals Ultimate Microbiome Results (Great news!) • By end of week 1: ~50% reduction in hives severity. • Mostly plateaued since. Still uncomfortable during long showers, long walks, runs, aerobic activity in the sun, and beginning of moderate-to-heavy exercise. • Functional gains: walking farther/harder, sustained running, occasionally completing a full workout after pushing through an initial ~15-min hives phase. • When hives do occur, they're less visible — mostly an internal sensation. Questions: Should I take additional doses of Psorinum 30C? Is there anything thing else we should do? Thank you so much for your help!
