Hello Dr G. Sonya from near Cincinnati. I'm going to France (Paris and Provence) in October. I've been gluten free since starting 90 for Life in 2013. Any advice when traveling abroad? I remember years ago you telling a story about you and your wife meeting a baker who invited you to his house (not sure on the facts) and you ate his bread and were sick for four days. Gluten is gluten, I suppose, no matter where you are? Should I learn to say gluten free in French? Thanks for all you do.
My eczema improved when I took 2 pellets once a day of sulfur 30C as you recommended. Then on day 3 I went to 2 pellets twice and had an extreme aggravation, my itching level went from 3 to 10. You said go to 12C if that occurs, so I should I take the 12C. I'm still only sleeping about three hours a night due to the itching. Thank you very much.

Dr G, I have a small, skin-colored, raised bump on my hairline that’s been there for a while—it's firm, warty-feeling, doesn’t hurt, and has only grown a little bit, if ever. Good evening Dr. Glidden, I usually don't get sick but today I woke up with the onset of a list of symptoms! light headache, light fever, muscle ache, sinus and throat pressure! I have a cabinet full of homeopathic medicine but don't know which one would work for these symptoms! I did sprayed Argentyn 23 in my sinus and throat. Any suggestions for the rest of them? Santos. I was watching a few videos about a MD/ND in Mexico called Antonio Jimenez, he is the Chief Medical Officer at a clinic called Hope 4 Cancer Treatment Center. I will send you the recipe. Is is OK to continue eating a breakfast of GF oats, freshly ground flax seeds, bananas, wild blueberries, lots of cinnamon, and sometimes a little maple syrup. I just had cataract surgery and am very anxious and jittery from the prednisolone acetate drops my doctor wants me to put in my eyes for a month. He doesn't have a substitute. I am wondering if I should have the scheduled surgery on my other eye. This is a very unpleasant side effect.
