Do you have any guidance? Is there anything I can do to ride through the pain of this flare up? I'm also having muscle cramps. P.S. I just bought your book yesterday and look forward to digging in.

Hi Dr. G. What is the recommendation on Ezekiel bread. It was approved on my Blood type diet because it is sprouted. How does this factor in to the good vs. bad foods to avoid? Hi Dr. Glidden. Follow up question from 2 weeks ago on the HPV treatment. Checked the Health Recovery Protocols and
not there yet. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Good evening Dr. Glidden. This is Chris from Maine with an update. Since I started taking the 200C on May 27 the numbness in my right foot disappeared little by little. I still have the numbness in my right toe, which has been there for a couple of years, but the new numbness is now healed. Interestingly, I am getting up more often at night now, about 4 times but that is way better than having a numb
foot. The neurologist suggested Riluzole might help but I decided against it. Should I continue taking the Plumbum Metalicum 200C 2 pills, 2x's a day for the 3 weeks? Thank you! One more quick question. We have a ton of ticks this year. If a tick is embedded should I take Ledum or not since I am taking
the Plumbum Metalicaum?

Hi I'm Raquel from Muskegon Michigan. I went to a hand specialist and was told I have cubital syndrome. The doctor wants to do an EMG to confirm. Do you think this is necessary? The chiropractor says to do ACT shockwave therapy. Will this help for cubital syndrome? The hand specialist doesn't think its carpal tunnel. My hand is numb and losing strength, it's like a pins and needles feeling in my pinky mostly. I'm trying not to overwork my hand but I'm constantly using it to work..

Hi good night doc. I had a touch of food poisoning and consequently had diarrhea. On the second day I started feeling weak. I went to lunch with a friend and fainted while sitting at the table. I was unconscious for about a minute. I came to but felt weak afterwards. That was 3 days ago. I feel fine now. Could my unconsciousness be as a result of food poisoning and dehydration from the diarrhea? What are your thoughts? By the way I tend to get dehydrated easily. Many thanks.

In Feb of 2024 I had surgery to remove skin cancer from the outside of my left ankle. After surgery which was deep, I was handed off to a wound center. It took a year to heal and the wound reopened 6 months later. I am back at the wound center since Oct of 2026 and recently had an ultra sound which showed some blockage. The Vascular surgeon wants to do a balloon angio-plasty and stent to improve blood flow and heal the wound and keep it from re-opening. I refused the surgical option and told them I would be getting a second opinion. I'm on your nutrition protocall and I don't eat the 12 bad foods. I also am taking Hawthorne Berry extract and Super beets powder. Any suggestions?
How do I lose weight without gallbladder? I’m on the 90.
