Hi Dr Glidden, 62 y/o male. Weight high end normal range. Walk daily. Eat mostly organic and now following 12 bad foods and tangy/ostea/plants/efa's last two weeks.  Recent bloods: TIBC (Calc) 41 L (46-70) umol/L Saturation 57 H (10-45) % Ferritin 548 H (30-300) ug/L  Negative haemachromatosis. Donated blood first time this week  Now taking Sovereign colloidal copper and Hawthorn with leaf, stem and flower as rec' by yourself. How long should I take these for please?  MD advised liver ultrasound for fatty liver?  What do you think?  MD advised CT scan for high cholesterol (7.4), non-LDL (6.4) & LDL (6.0) - to check for athleroslerosis. Nil outward symptoms.  What do you think?  Also have Psoriasis; this started after 'jabs' for an Asian trip in 1994...MD at that time advised auto immune response to the 'jabs'. Zero jabs since then.  Is there anything to help with this, please?  Thank you very much,  Ian
(Australia, referral: Graham Moore)

Casey in Utah, I’m under the impression that smoking itself doesn’t really cause lung cancer, but only the toxic free radical fumes from fried foods, especially frying fish?  Care to give us a closer look into lung cancer when related to smoking?

Good Evening Dr. Glidden, Tom B (73) Lockport IL, every view years I have been getting a MRI of my upper abdomen to see if there has been any changes in my Neuroendocrine Cancer tumor. So, after following your supplement and diet recommendations ( for 4 months), I hoped that there would be a positive impact with the lesions on my liver. 3 years ago , they could no longer see the lesions on the liver but after last weeks MRI, they saw 3 lesions on the liver. I don't know when these lesions developed during the last 3 years but they are there now. So My thought was : Have the supplements fueled their growth? ( no previous growth for 14 years) Or are the supplements actually reducing them? Is consuming more animal dietary food causing them to grow? So, the doctor was suggesting to wait 6 or 12 months, get an MRI and see what develops... I suggested to find out what these legions are now, Cancerous or something else so i asked that question , he replied:   We can do a biopsy which may not be feasible as the lesions are quite high and the liver may not be accessible easily. I did speak with radiology who thought the 1 in the left liver may be the easiest one to reach though it is near the diaphragm. Let me know and I can order the biopsy. If it is positive I would recommend going back on Sandostatin for a little bit and then consider ablation or microwave therapy to the liver lesions.  Have you a suggestion as to the best course of action at this point, Wait, get a biopsy now or something else... Thanks for all you do.

I am seeing a lot of new, or new to me, liver supplements with things like glutathione, NAC, NAD+, etc. Are any of those worthwhile for regular drinkers?

I have been having trouble with my left heel for about a month. It hurts the worst in the morning. I can barely walk because of the pain for 5-10 minutes. After that it stArts to ease off. If I sit for an extended period during the day it’s almost (not quite) as bad as the mornings. Both cold and heat helps but I feel that heat works a tick better at releasing the pain. I typically get in the hot tub nightly and that’s the best it feels. The pain is in the entire heel but the sides of the heel seem to be worst. I have been taking the 90EN (mostly Youngevity products but some AzureWell products) since December. I have, for the most part, eliminated the Bad 12. I do occasionally cheat with fried fish, fried in self rendered grass fed beef tallow.  I do have a second question. I suffer from elevated BP. I typically run 145-155/85-95. Along with the 90EN I take your recommendations of Youngevity selenium and Good Herbs Heart Support. It has helped slightly but not a lot.

Hello Dr. Glidden, My dad had his gallbladder and appendix removed is there any base recommendation to help bring back what he lost in the removal of those organs?

I am on the 90 and off the 12 bad foods. I have suffered from a rash on my buttocks for the past two years chronically and sporadically for the past 20 years. It gets better when I don't eat and worse when I eat anything, especially sugar in any form. Anti bacterial and antifungal creams have not helped. I took food sensitivity testing and eliminated the bad foods. Didn't help. I heard you mention Pure works, but their website says they no longer make the soap or lotion. Any suggestions for me?

Hr Dr. G...what is the name of the homeopath medicine one could use for acne breakouts. I think it starts with an N...and how would I take it? My hormones are all over the place, 55 years old and in perimenopause...  I have also started strength training, and I keep hearing to take Creatine, Magnesium, Beet Root, and L-Leucine - do we need anything additional outside of the BTT 2.0?

41:40

Used St John's Wort oil, colloidal silver, and berberine topically while ingesting colloidal silver and increasing my colloidal mineral supplement (Genestra Brands is the one I have been on)

42:35

Dr. Mercola put an article out that stated minerals should be taken away from calcium. I've been mixing the minerals and osteofx together and still having muscle cramps in my legs after 3 months. I

recently had a major psychological injury coming from two extremely painful events and concerned about my physiological reaction. I've started pushing myself to exercise. What else can I do?

Dr G, Thanks for all you do. For the past 2 weeks Ive been experiencing a heaviness and ache pain starting from my lower abdomen up to under my breast on the left side. The discomfort also extends to my lower back on the left side. When I touch the area in the back there is soreness. Feels like something is stuck in that area of my belly especially when I eat of drink. When I have a bowel movement I feel better. When I sit too long or at the end of a meal I feel worse. Im on the 90, plus the plant derived minerals, off the bad foods. and I also take enzymes and digest with my meals. What do you suggest? Thank you so much for your help.
