Morning Doc. Came down with the flu this morning. Symptoms include droopy eyes, extreme fatigue, hot open air makes me feel better. Cold stuffy Aircon room makes me feel worse. I crave hot shower and hot drinks. Nasal congestion. Every draft makes me chilly. Drank a bit of coconut water but it was so bitter. Any remedy for this? Sauna is a good or bad idea?

LydiaLV: Good morning. I’m suspecting part of my chronic sinusitis may also be mold related. Is the protocol the same as Sinusitis? Also can you take more than one remedy at a time for different issues? LydiaLV: Regarding Olive oil, can you use it if if it comes in a tin?

The "Seasonal Allergies" listed 3 homeopathics; the last one was Wyethia which stated the symptom was itchiness on the roof of the mouth. I had never connected that with allergies at all - just thought I was weird. The Wyethia works great! Thank you!!

Hey Doc, Bryanne from New Bedford here - so we started the Nat Mur on Sun which is going well. On mon evening I started with cold sxs; sore throat, sinus inflammation, runny nose and mild chest congestion (spitting up green at times). By Tuesday afternoon my sore throat took precedence and is my main sx of complaint. I've never had a sore throat this bad. Started on right side and affecting right tonsil - today is more so the whole back of the throat. Tested negative for COVID and strep. Very painful to swallow, swollen nodes in neck. Any help? I started argentyn spray today. And if there is something to help am I able to take something else while I'm on Nat Muriaticum? Thanks! Cold makes it feel better.

Thanks for the gall stones info. Now, is there somethiing one can do before the beet juice to knock down the occasional discomfort/pain? Oh, and consulting the book, there were a couple of things. Which brings me to another point of confusion: we can't take more than one homeopathic in the same day?

Dr. G, I have swelling about the diameter of a golf ball on my right elbow. I do feel some pain around the elbow but not much, no real pain otherwise. I expect it happened from playing too much table tennis (I play more of the pro-style way, with a full swing of my arm.) I also use a lot of wrist motion for serves. I stopped playing last week but the swelling doesn't seem to have gone down. I have iced it when I can. I saw the protocol for a sprained ankle on your website. Would you recommend I use that protocol, or what specifically would you recommend to help get it back to normal? I really enjoy ping pong and hope to play it more soon! (Also, what is the measurement for the homeopathic? 200C? It's not listed in the protocol online). Thank you!

Dr G. A recent mri of my abdomen shows the main pancreatic duct is diffusely dilated measuring up to 5mm.with smooth gradualtapering towards the common channel No mass detected. Multiple cystic lesions throughout the pancreas. Im on the 90 . No bad foods. In addition taking ultimate enzymes . What else should I add to my protocol. Thank you doc.

Hi Doc, per your recommendation i'm currently taking 6 efa 180s and 6 efa 90's daily along with 4ml good herbs respiratory support 2x day. I intermittent fast daily and prolong fast 72 hrs every two weeks. Is it ok to take these supplements on an empty stomach?

Hi Dr G, I had a stye and searched what you recommended for past viewers and tried Staphysagria 30c. I took it and oh boy it worked! I wasn’t sure how many pellets to take and just chanced taking 3 at 3x day. It worked and healed. What would you recommend how many to take and how many days to prevent from getting stye on eye again? I had it on my bottom lid not expose I couldn’t see it but felt it. Thank you thank you for making all the videos available! Love it! How would you treat stress/anxiety? Anxiety is when I feel overwhelmed/stressed. Body then slowly shuts down as if I’m weak. Hi Dr Glidden. I did a blood work this week and it showed increased bilirubin at 1.4 when upper limit is 1.2. Is this a concern? What can I do to lower it
