Last week I asked about Spinal Muscular Atrophy in kids. There was one case I got to know of in Vietnam and the MDs said it was purely genetics and they even did the genes map for the parents to see. The parents bought into it completely even though they admitted themselves that nobody in their respective families got this kind of medical problem until now like their first newborn. So even though they find it really confusing, they still 100% genuflect to the altar of MDs just like you said. Kid is now completely bedridden and is put on assisted ventilator probably for his whole life.

Is sunscreen bad? Is Zinc Oxide ok? And can you use for children at the beach? Also- what’s the best skin moisturizer? Are tallow and coconut oil OK? If time- is Kombucha good or bad for you?

I have 8 year old niece chewing on ice often and having trouble with bowel movement for days. We have tried prune juice, herbal rainforest from youngevity but, it’s not helping as it should. Personally I love drinking cold water and especially chewing on ice cubes. Should I be worried about anemia? I'm not experiencing any adverse symptoms.

Hello Dr. G. My son is 7 years old and focused on his growth these days. He takes the 90 EN: BTT, Osteo FX, and Plant Derived Minerals. And we try to keep him away from the bad foods. My question is this: Does cocoa powder stunt a child's growth? I was once told that the caffeine in the cocoa powder may stunt his growth. Also, what can we do to help him grow taller. Like I said, he already takes the 90 EN. Are there any dietary guidelines that you would recommend.

Hi Dr Glidden! Love the new website!!! I’ve been on the 90 plus off bad foods for 10 months and seen some positive results. Still having trouble with my blood pressure averaging 165/85 on medication and I want to come off the meds! Question: should I aggressively treat like outlined in your book or schedule a private appt? Also, I had pyelonephritis many years ago, could that cause a clog in blood vessels in kidneys? Doc, I ordered the OSTEO FX liquid instead of powder. The calcium amount is the same on both , but the phosphorus is 300 grams less on the liquid and Vita D3 is 10mcg instead of 25 mcg like in the powder. Does this difference matter in helping osteopenia and can I double up on the amount to 2 times a day? Suggested use is 1 oz, per 100 lbs of body weight. I weigh 120. Thanks!
