Hey Doc! Don from PA! My wife (52) has been dealing with what we think is tennis elbow — pain on the top of her forearm just below the elbow. When she wears that brace with the little bump/ball that presses on the muscle, the pain eases up quite a bit. She’s also had ongoing pain on the front of her left shin for months. It’s there all day but always gets worse at night and when she’s going to bed. She’s been right there watching me soak up as much of your advice as I possibly could over the past 12 years. Thank God for you — you’ve changed my life for the better, and I really want the same for her. She’s almost fully on board with the program (90 / bad foods) and still working at it. Can you help her better understand the why behind these issues and how to resolve the pain?  (She still won’t buy my best Dr.

Casey in Utah, I have discovered that I have a problem whenever I drink a cup of water mixed with osteo and minerals, it seems to make me more thirsty to the point where I want to drink plain water to quench my thirst. Even though I just drank a cup of water, osteo and minerals. Any idea why? ……can drinking a pot of coffee every morning partly be the cause?

Hi Dr G. My sister has a small fatty hernia. Is there anything that can be done apart from surgery? Also she was diagnosed with a UTI (no symptoms, it showed up on a urinalysis). She took an anti-biotic which she just finished this morning. Question: what is the best protocol to follow so she can restore her gut? Will herbal supplements help when her gut has been upset by these anti-biotics? She’s on the healthy foundation pack since 07/29/2026 and avoiding the 12 bad foods.
Also she has high liver enzymes due to alcohol abuse. She hasn’t drank since 07/27/2026. Does she need to restore her gut for this also before she starts a liver protocol?

I asked about a groin to thigh fistula a few weeks ago. You recommended Plumbum Metallicum for 21 days as well as extra minerals and Tangy Tangerine. I'm about one week on this. So far no change in regard to the fistula tract which is very hardened but I will continue. My question is about the fluid that caused the fistula in the first place. As I mentioned my entire left side is very swollen, even more so since having been sick for two years after having taking Amoxicillin. Especially up by my arm and left shoulder. The fluid is sometimes watery and feels like battery acid and other times feels like a cold pus. Would this protocol also help with whatever it is that is draining into the fistula? CT scans have failed to identify any abscesses and I had one this past June.

Just ordered Microbiome on my last Youngevity order. Can I put it in with the foundation pak each morning which includes Zradical in the mix. I do that in evening occasionally, often as dinner instead of other food. Is there a better regimen for the microbiome intake?

Hello Dr. G. I have painin my right shoulder. In 2022 I had an x-ray and the Orthopedic doctor said I had a tear but not bad enough to have surgery. Now in 2026 I’m having pain in the same shoulder. The pain radiates down my arm to my risk.

Good evening Dr. Glidden, using the earned military VA benefits I got a CPA-C as a primary, Last December I had an acute bronchitis, she told me that I'm borderline hypertension and my liver numbers are high! This is Crystal from Maine Chris had pneumonia and got over it in July. I didn't get sick but my lungs became very congested.
