Hey Doc,
It’s Max from the Dominican Republic. Hope you’re having a great day!  decided not to take the Lycopodium 200CK because I’m no longer convinced the swelling/lump is related to colonic congestion. Instead, I’ve started eating partially raw, which has noticeably improved my digestion and energy. Since taking antibiotics, I’ve continued to have slightly swollen tissue over my lower left ribcage and a small, fatty-feeling lump just below it. The pinkie-tip-sized lump hasn’t noticeably grown, moves only slightly when pushed, and feels somewhat tethered. Both seem more noticeable when my other symptoms flare and settle somewhat when I’m feeling better. After vigorously massaging the area, I’ve also noticed tiny brown, crystal-like spots appearing through the pores over the lump, followed by mild burning/skin irritation. Since adding raw milk and eggs, I’ve also noticed increased mucus elimination and generally feel better. Could any residual effects from the antibiotics still be contributing to this, and is there anything specific I should be doing to address it? I’ve never had the swelling or lump formally diagnosed, so I’d really appreciate your thoughts on what it could be and what you recommend I do from home moving forward. Thank you!  Max

Doc, does using a hot steam room or sauna help support “fourth-phase” water in the body in a similar way to coconut water, which I remember you recommending before? Also, what was the book you recommended on this subject? Was it Gerald Pollack’s The Fourth Phase of Water?

I am 64. I have been referred for a lumbar spine MRI. I have also been in chiropractic treatment since January. I suffer from awful lower back pain and inner thigh/groin pain (used to just be on the left inner thigh/groin, but now it is both left and right inner thigh/groin) My lower back pain is so awful when I first step out of bed each morning, but after I am moving around it gets markedley improved in about 30 minutes (not GONE, but tolerable and much milder) I respond very well to ibuprofen, but hate taking NSAIDs. My lower back pain began about 2 years ago but got much worse in December 2025 and has continued. I used to be able to sit cross legged "Indian style" but since about 5 years now, I can not do it anymore. Legs will only go down 1/3 to 1/2 way and it HURTS. I also get occasional right hip pain in the area on my upper hip region more toward my back, but still the hip. The back pain never used to be a problem when sleeping, but now it occasionally wakes me up at night and I have to keep switching positions until I am comfortable which usually means laying on my left side not the right and bunching the comforter up between my knees. I also have cervical dystonia since 2013 and my chiropractor says I have scoliosis and my c-5 and c-7 show less space and there is risk of future "fusion" so he says he must keep adjusting me indefinitely to keep that from happening.

Hi Dr Glidden, i’m 66 years old slightly overweight, but not obese in the last few years. I’ve developed sort of a dull leg pain over the last six or seven years that starts above the knees and goes down to the feet. It’s kind of always there, but it gets worse if I sit for a few minutes, I always have to keep moving. If I stand I can only stand in one spot for a short time. I have to keep moving. When I move It feels a bit better. Also, I’ve developed some varicose and spider veins over the last couple years I’ve been doing the 90 and stopping the 12 bad foods and also the varicose veins protocol from your website since February, qbut haven’t really noticed any change. Is there anything else I could try to sort of help with the pain and stiffness?

What's the best solution for congestion--lungs and broncial "rattle" type that hits especially at night? Croupy cough and just can't get rid of it. Using colloidal silver nasal spray and take the Foundation Pak religiously morning and night, along with ZRadical. Upped the Ultimate EFAs the last couple of days. Read through your book on colds.

Good day. What would you recommend for an injury to the right hip flexor joint caused in the gym. When I went into a deep squat with weights, I felt a popping or pulling sensation in the area of the right hip joint. Ever since there is some pain when lifting the right knee or squatting. Also, sometimes when standing and twisting the torso to the left to stretch there is a popping sensation of the right hip. What would you recommend? Many thanks.

Hey Doc! I have been on the 90 for approximately 6 months and no BF’s. I have had a thrombosed hemorrhoid for several months and now a fissure that won’t heal. I also have chronic constipation for years. I have been on Miralax for several years and I have weaned down to 1/4 dose from a full dose. If I don’t take, I am in severe pain with hard dry stools. I do drink plenty of water everyday, I do take Yerba prima fiber everyday, and I just added Fucoid Z (2caps 2xday) and that has helped with less pain during a BM.  What can I do to heal? I appreciate your help!

John in Nashville Hello Dr G, I have been cycling through the Good Herbs and hit on the Liver & Gabladder Support with a side effect to a pharmaceutical that I take. At the point of finishing the Liver Support I was getting periods of anxiety as I take one horrible drug in the Benzo family. So the Liver Support was doing such a good job of improving the function of my liver it was not giving the benzo enough time to absorb in my body before flushing out this terrible drug. I confirmed what was happening by stopping the Good Herbs Liver Galbadder Suppoet and within 2 days my anxiety symptoms disappeared. Yes, I know I have to get off this drug as it is my plan. But I am close to curing the tinnitus in my left ear before moving on to the more uncomfortable process of weaning off the Benzo. Love your work and stay healthy. I hate seeing these bullshite Functional Doctors on social media so every chance I get a bust their nuts and call them allopathic quacks sitting on a fence with no true direction. thank you.
