The label on Hyland’s cell salt Kali Mur. states that it helps the body clear congestion before it shifts from white to yellow, making it useful for colds, sore throats, and runny noses with white discharge. Another example is Ferrum Phos., described as the “oxygen-carrier” cell salt that gently relieves minor fever and redness, whether from the common cold, heat exposure, or minor irritation. I recall you once mentioned that the labels on homeopathic remedies are largely for FDA purposes and not to be taken too literally. Does the same apply to cell salts, or do they actually work more in line with the descriptions on their labels? I also noticed the company offers “Cell Salt Bioplasma Tablets,” which combine all 12 mineral cell salts. Does this suggest it’s acceptable to take multiple cell salts at the same time, unlike with standard homeopathic remedies? Thank you very much for your insight.

Hello Dr Glidden, I have 2 customers (sisters) who have developed Lichen Dermatitis. What would you recommend to help deal with this please?

Another customer was witness to a neighbour being hit over the head with a heavy metal pole by another neighbour. Almost straight away the neighbour started getting headaches and seeing black spots in her vision. The hospital scanned her brain and she has an aneurysm and there is some bleeding in the brain. They inserted an aneurysm coil to seal it off from blood flow. She is on blood thinners. Is there any nutritional intervention we could offer? A customer is asking what to do for Staphylococcus Aureus please? Another customer’s wife was diagnosed with Parkinsons some years ago and prescribed Kinson. She now has most of the common side effects of that drug: feet/leg swelling, pins and needles, trouble breathing, anxiety, fever, etc, etc. She has been taking a lot of Youngevity supplements you advise for Parkinsons, and he ices her feet and legs to deal with the edema. He wants to take her off Kinson and is asking for your advice moving forward please.

Hi Dr Glidden, Recently hospitalised September 2025 for six nights with first episode acute pancreatitis. Hospital treatment for pancreatitis was iv fluids, pain relief, potassium, magnesium, Vit D, Calcium which resolved pancreatitis pain. Also recent stress. itchy facial rash with menstrual cycle. Suffered endometriosis as a teenager until childbearing at age 31- prescribed NSAIDs then in early 20s developed heartburn, reflux, gastiritis. Heartburn now controlled by raised bedhead and eating light meal early at night. Failed 270 degree fundoplication surgery age 42. Prior to pancreatitis hospitalisation took 1/2 tspn bi carb at night. (was prescribed reflux meds of various kinds ...none worked thus ceased taking) In my 40s I developed: intestinal metaplasia, asymptomatic Crohns, terminal illeitus. Homeopathic Cure! I followed your recommendation to take Hepar sulphuris calcarea 30C, 2 pellets, 3x/day for 5 days for a blister from an injury to my finger. I am helping a 50 year old lady with Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) that developed after a surgical procedure on her tongue. I don’t know how long ago this happened. It was on the left side of her tongue and a hemangioma developed after a 4 cm cut and the body has now encapsulated it. It has now developed into a tumor looking lump on the side of her jaw. Is there anything we can do to reduce the swelling? Would shockwave therapy work?

I am a 74-year-old female. On no meds, ideal weight. I have been on the 90 essentials for six months, haven’t eaten any bad foods for years.

I had surgery four years ago and was intubated. When I came out, I was having a hard time swallowing, got worse and worse.
