Decreasing the dose of the Plumbum Metalicum worked for Chris' breathing. He is continuing to take it and his breathing returned to normal. Thank you. Do you have anything to help him with the hip pain so he can sleep at night? Thank you!

Hi Dr. Glidden, This is Tony from Bowdle, South Dakota. I asked this question this past May 8. Thanks to heart valve replacement surgery for a bicuspid aortic valve, my lone prescription is the anticoagulant coumadin. How do I go about transitioning away from coumadin and to cayenne (something I have seen highly recommended)? Your reply was a replacement for coumadin that I am unable to afford. Can you advise me on how to transition to cayenne (which I can afford)? By the way, the need for the medication is that synthetic valves are known to cause clotting at coagulation effectiveness that would be fatal, in the absence of reducing it. (fyi - had to step out after entering this question - thanks!)

Good morning, Dr G- Active 68 yo (golfer) with severe upper left arm pain while sleeping. (I’m right dominant) I’m on the 90 essentials plus selenium. No known injury. Pain wakes me up on and off all night for last 3 nights. Sharp pain near triceps muscle. Can’t lift left arm above shoulder without pain. Bursitis or tendon strain, maybe? Frozen shoulder? How to treat inflammation? Ice/ hot combo? Any homeopathic remedies?

Thanks for being our advocate! So grateful for you. (Not as much daytime pain unless I lift arm up high. Pain stops if I reposition my arm.)

Hi Dr G, this is Kevin with Chingachgook: My blood labs show I have a high content of iron in my blood. Labs Iron 179, Iron Saturation 66.5, Ferritin 620. The only symptom is fatigue . I know I can start by giving blood and cutting out food high in iron. What other option do you suggest? Thank for your help!

What can we do to help with Peripheral Artery Disease? Would the same protocol work with someone who has Peripheral Neuropathy? Also, for someone with thyroid issues taking 11 drops daily of Lugol’s 2% doesn’t seem to be helping. I think they mentioned it was low thyroid. Would topical Betadine help in the immediate term? In addition, my 90 year old mother has afib and leaky valve. Cardiologist has put her on Zerolto(?) Should we also ask for INR test and how would we wean her down to a more natural blood thinner...what would that be? Thanks so much Dr. G.

Hi Dr. G. I have a slightly red, dry, peeling patch of skin above my lip, about the size of a pencil eraser, that doesn't heal. I'm on the 90EN and off the 12 bad foods and have Argentyn 23 and Super Olive Health on hand. Any suggestions to heal this? Thanks so much.

Betsy asks: If a man has not been exercising strenuously, or much at all, why might there be blood in the urine without pain? Are there trouble-shooting signs to look for? Thanks!

Hi Dr. Glidden, Millie from SE WI here...We use the liquid Osteo vs powdered form. Are we getting enough what we need for the 90 if we use the Tangy 2.0 tablets (for high antioxidents) and the 6 nightly HGH tabs? ...(Plus the Omegas and Plant Derived Minerals) Thank you for your input!

31:15

Hello Dr. Glidden, last Thursday you said that at night take 1 capful of osteo fx and1 capful of plant derived minerals. Why don't you take tangy tangerine to help absorb calcium? Hello Dr. Glidden, a woman at my church has cold hands every time I shake her hand. Is there any idea what might cause that she has cold hands?

Dr. G, I still have burning, itching pain from shingles on my side and back. It is constant. I have been taking arsenicum 3 x day - 2 30c tablets each time for over 3 weeks. Heat makes it feel better.

Do you believe that Nickel in stainless steel pans can cause a bacteria to grown in The urethra causing it to swell? This would be the cause of restricted urine flow for those who have prostate problems. This is what Hulda Clark says in her book “The cure for all diseases”

Outside of the 90, do you recommend extra nutrition for my 42 yr old daughter who just became pregnant. (She has 2 children already)

39:00

I went on vacation for a couple weeks and did not use stainless steel pots and pans cause I was eating out and my prostate got better for a few weeks upon my return. I’ve been stumped to figure out why that is the case I thought about the nickel issue with pots and pans.

Thank you Dr. Glidden, my mom has pain in her right shoulder down to her arm. She all of a sudden got that pain. She didn't get in an accident. She got treated with softwave shock to stimulate stem cells to activate. What may be the issue?
