Hi Dr. Glidden, I’m a 20-year-old male who took antibiotics for strep throat in March last year and since then I’ve had the following symptoms: Limbs going numb in my sleep, dark circles around eyes, cold hands/feet, rumbly gut with pasty yellow stools containing what looks to be undigested fat (lab found Endolimax Nana parasite and yeast overgrowth), low neutrophils on CBC test, normal serum iron but low TIBC/UIBC with high transferrin saturation, and a painless but slightly elevated abdominal muscle over the left ribcage. Ultrasound showed healthy organs in my abdomen. Also, blood sugar, electrolytes, magnesium, folate, ferritin, and B12 are in range. I’ve been avoiding the 12 bad foods and I eat 3 balanced meals daily while taking kefir/sauerkraut for probiotics. Energy is better than a few months ago, but my health still hasn't straightened up and would really value your guidance on what to address.

Van Derpool here: I safely removed a bat from the house on Sunday. Animal control took it today for testing. Tomorrow I will find out if it tests positive for rabies. If it does I will be required to get a rabies shot. Please advise.

Casey in Utah, So, I have a tooth that is so far gone that it needs pulled and an implant (as I’m told)…, they gave me two options, first option is an implant and bone graft that drills into the jaw bone really deep and punctures into the sinus area but heals eventually,,, the Second option is to do just a bridge between three teeth with the problem tooth in the middle after pulling the bad tooth out. I’m choosing the bridge option because I freaked out when they said the first option will cut into the sinus area…, I didn’t want to cut into my sinus area.., so my question is, did I make the right decision with a bridge by not compromising my sinus area and creating potential sinus issues?

I have a client with MDS Myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) are a group of bone marrow cancers where immature blood cells fail to mature, resulting in low blood counts (anemia, infections, bleeding). Since this is dealing with bone marrow - you had mentioned in the past to treat it like arthritis. So could you explain why you would treat it as arthritis? What would you recommend?

Bowel changes Since have three colonics in 6 days two weeks ago, my bowel movements have been less frequent and more pellet-like. I used Swiss Kriss after we spoke with a large result the following day...after that, nothin on my own...and I would prefer not to rely on stimulant laxatives. I am experiencing regular rumbling in the stomach and passing gas. Hydration pattern Thirst has been elevated. I’m drinking 40+ ounces of water daily. Urine remains somewhat concentrated, but overall output does not appear significantly reduced. Should I get my kidneys tested and what would be the test I would add? Also, my daughter has a low immune system. We do not take the flu shot. What can I give her to make it stronger and zap the flu?

Hi Dr. G, I just finished my four weeks of Petroleum 30C. I’ve been experiencing very bad anxiety for the past few weeks that lasts all day. Nothing makes it better or worse. I just have to ride it out. Usually subsides by evening. Accompanied by extreme fatigue and no energy. Might there be a homeopathic remedy for this? Thank you.

Hi Dr. Glidden, Eczema Skin Condition: After taking the 30c Rus Toxicodendron 16 days. In the evening and in bed I get what fells like pin pricks all over my skin. It comes in waves and lasts 15 min. At night I have to get up for relief. I still have a lot of itchy dry patches, some oozing on my shoulders, arms, back, legs, forehead and hands . This is affecting my sleep. Best Regards Chris

Hey Doc, It's Bryanne from New Bedford! So I finished the Sepia 10M every other day for 10 days recommendation this past Sunday. Def helping. My period also just finished Sunday so we happened to time the Sepia through my menstrual cycle. Mild symptoms continue however; There are moments and parts of the day where I feel completely normal. Other times usually in the 10-11AM window AND 3-5PM windows pelvic aches, heaviness can spike. I also notice the aches can spike when I emotionally feel overwhelmed. I am having some newer symptoms such as leg aches/cramps that i can feel all the way in my ankles and then there's also a strange sensation from my knees down that I could describe as numbing - it almost feels like my knees down have a different temperature (this is really hard to describe)! What do you think we should do next?

Good evening Dr Glidden, I am the person with the plantar fasciitis started taking the ledum 200ck 2 pellets in am and 2 pellets in pm every other day and it was really helping and I had almost no foot pain in the balls of my feet while taking it. I was still having problems with the second toe being raised like a hammer toe and the third toe is numb. I started having a very irregular menstrual cycle and you told me to stop taking the ledum, and to take Camphor 2 pellets in am and 2 in pm for 1 day and I did. Since I stopped the ledum two weeks ago my foot pain is starting to return and unfortunately my cycle has not stopped now for 20 days it has been light and with no cramping or pelvic area pain, but I have been getting headaches/migraines everyday for the last week and a half. I believe my mother went into menopause around the age of 48-50 (unfortunately she passed away so I am not able to ask her). Not sure if this helps but I am 49 and my sister is 52 and she is just starting to see symptoms of menopause. I wanted to see what you may recommend. Three months ago I had an acute episode of urinary retention, supposedly due to BPH, which resulted in an ER visit. After being tortured for 2 hours by incompetent staff, I ended up with an RX for Tamsulosin (Flowmax). Not sure if it’s related, but after about 45 days on med my right leg swells from thigh to foot during the day. No pain, heat, or redness. Neither elevation nor soaking seem to help. Swelling goes down somewhat during the night, then swells again during the day. I am on the 90s for life (10 plus years) have eliminated 10 of 12 bad foods (working on the last 2). What can I do about the swelling? Just started your BPH protocol. I want off the med. I have no other health issues and use no other RX meds.

Hi Dr G! My 21 year old son has been dealing with a pain in his Kidney region for a few years. It recently got bad enough that he went to the Alopathic butchers (kids, they just don't listen). After ultrasound, bloodwork and urine tests all they found was too much protein in the urine. Let me guess ... 90 for life et all and avoid the 12 bad foods? Maybe if he heard it from you he would listen? :) Anything beyond that you would suggest? By the way his name is Ronnie!

Hi again. 20-year old here again - Thank you very much for replying to my question! My dad has been suffering with a health issue too... the pre-cancerous skin condition Actinic Keratosis all over his head and arms for YEARS. He has a lifestyle of driving on his motorbike every day with heavy sun exposure (especially on his arms) and wears a helmet which traps sweat and makes things worse. He has not seen any dermatologists nor doctors, but has tried different oils, creams, baking soda, and aloe vera (topically) - none of which worked to get rid of AK. Apart from adjusting his lifestyle (which he does not want to change) what would you suggest he does? Thanks!
