Bloodwork
MDs are trained to interpret bloodwork through a pathological lens. They are only interested in blood values that show that an illness is already present. They are not interested, nor do they know how to interpret bloodwork values preventively. This is like calling the fire department when they can see flames coming out of the windows of a house but doing nothing when they only see smoke coming out of the windows of the house. This is because they are not trained in how to prevent nor how to cure disease. I am interested in paying attention tom the smoke. The table on the next page represents what I believe are HEALTHY REFERENCE RANGES of blood values.
Once a year (on your birthday) get the bloodwork done that is found on the next page. You can order it here at a discount: https://store.directlabs.com/rs/glid
Once you place the order at Direct Labs you will be given a Voucher and a list of labs in your zip code that can run the test. Print out the voucher and take it to one of the labs. They will draw the blood and run the test. A few days later the results will show up in your Direct Labs online account.
Make sure that you do not eat or drink anything but water 12 hours before the test. This includes your supplements.
Below is a chart of Healthy reference ranges. If your results are outside of them, then you should attend to the relevant instructions at the end of this section.
Blood Work Results Interpretation
If your levels are outside of the Healthy Range
Glucose: Your blood sugar metabolism needs help. Remember – this particular test is a snapshot of the sugar content of your blood at the time of the blood draw – which should have been done on an empty stomach. If it is high – then confirm whether or not you really do have. Blood sugar problem by looking at the results of the HbA-1c test.
Hemoglobin A-1c: Your blood sugar metabolism needs help. Add 1 bottle of Youngevity’s “Sweet-Eze” to your program and double the EFAs you are taking for 4 months, then re-test the levels.
Uric Acid: Your kidneys need help. Order one 4-oz bottle of “Urtica urens” or “Urtica dioica” in an alcohol extract. Take 10 drops orally twice daily until gone. Additionally, get two bottles of Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support and take 4ml twice daily for 2 months. Apply hydrotherapy to the kidney area once a day for 2 months.
BUN: Your kidneys need help. Get two bottles of Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support and take 4ml twice daily for 2 months. Apply hydrotherapy to the kidney area once a day for 1month.
Creatinine: Your kidneys need help. Get two bottles of Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support and take 4ml twice daily for 2 months. Apply hydrotherapy to the kidney area once a day for 1 month.
BUN/Creatinine Ratio: Your kidneys need help. Get two bottles of Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support and take 4ml twice daily for 2 months. Apply hydrotherapy to the kidney area once a day for 1 month.
eGFR: Your kidneys need help. Get two bottles of Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder Support and take 4ml twice daily for 2 months. Additionally, get 1 bottle of Youngevity’s Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 TABLETS and take 2 tablets twice daily with food for 2 months. Apply hydrotherapy to the kidney area once a day for 2 months.
Total Protein: Low total protein: You could have a liver or kidney disorder, or a digestive disorder like celiac disease (your body can’t absorb protein the way it should). High total protein: Too much protein in your blood can be a sign of chronic infection or inflammation. It can also be an early sign of a bone marrow disorder.
Albumen: High = probably a High protein diet; maybe side-effects of insulin or steroids; maybe related to dehydration. Low = probably a Kidney problem, thyroid problem or a liver problem.
Globulin: Ditto for Albumen.
A/G ratio: Low A/G ratio: This might be the sign an autoimmune disorder, where your body’s immune system attacks healthy cells. It can also point to kidney disease or cirrhosis, which is inflammation and scarring of the liver. In some cases, a low A/G ratio can be a sign of a tumor in your bone marrow. High A/G ratio: This can be a sign of disease in your liver, kidney, or intestines. It’s also linked to low thyroid activity and leukemia.
Below are 6 indicators of Liver function. If any of them are high, then do my 21-day fresh-squeezed beet-juice program outlined in Appendix XI. Also, apply hydrotherapy to the liver area once a day for 21 days (See Appendix XVI for instructions). After day 21, get 2 bottles of Good Herbs Liver & Gallbladder Support and take 4ml twice daily until they are empty. Then re-test.
· Total bilirubin
· Alkaline phosphatase
· Creatine Kinase
· LDH
· SGOT
· SGPT
· GGT
Serum Iron: If low, it could be because you can’t absorb iron efficiently – this reflects a gut problem, so make sure you have eliminated the 12 Bad Foods, and start to eat organic raisins. Another cause is heavy menstrual periods. Take the Good Herbs Female Hormone Support and Hypothalamus Support – 2 bottles of each per month for 2 months. 4ml of each twice daily. It’s OK to mix them together. If high you need a private appointment.
Ferritin: This is a measurement of how much iron is stored in your body. If it is high it could be caused by inflammation or point to a Liver Problem. Check out the Liver blood values, and if they are high, follow the recommendations outlined there. If it is low it could be because you can’t absorb iron efficiently – this reflects a gut problem, so make sure you have eliminated the 12 Bad Foods, and start to eat organic raisins. Another cause is heavy menstrual periods. Take the Good Herbs Female Hormone Support and Hypothalamus Support – 2 bottles of each per month for 2 months. 4ml of each twice daily. It’s OK to mix them together.
Total Cholesterol: I am only concerned about this if it is BELOW 210 or ABOVE 500. If it is below 210 then you must eat foods that are high in cholesterol and stop taking your Statin drug(s). Read Uffe Ravnskov’s book outlined in Appendix II. If it is above 500 then do the 21-day beet juice program outlined in Appendix XIII.
TSH: If it is high reference the protocol for Hypothyroid. If it is low, reference the protocol for Hyperthyroid.
Free T3: If it is high reference the protocol for Hyperthyroid. If it is low, reference the protocol for Hypothyroid.
Free T4: If it is high reference the protocol for Hypothyroid. If it is low, reference the protocol for Hyperthyroid. If it is low take more selenium.
CRP: This is a global indicator of if there is inflammation anywhere in the body. If you have eliminated the 12 Bad-Foods and taking the 90 EN, then order the Carroll Blood Test and then eliminate the foods that you test positive for as well. Https://LeaveBigPharmaBehind.com/carroll
Or - you could just double down on the 90 EN for 4 weeks, fast for 3 days in a row and then retest.
White Blood Cells: If high you are probably fighting an infection. Take Good Herbs Super Olive Health in the acute dose outlined in Appendix III; also take Killer Biotic by Youngevity @ 2 caps 3 times daily with food.
Red Blood Cells: Low = iron deficient anemia, deficiencies in copper, iron, Folate, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12. Double the dose of the Beyond Tangy Tangerine and make sure you are 100% Gluten Free. Wait 3 weeks, then retest. High = rare. If it is high you need a workup by a private physician.
Hemoglobin: Low = iron, folate or B-12 deficiencies, Blood loss, Pregnancy, Chronic Kidney disease, leukemia or lymphoma. High = an illness called polycythemia. In either case treat the bone marrow by using the Arthritis protocol.
Hematocrit: Low can be due to any number of things – iron, folate and B-12 deficiencies, internal bleeding, bone marrow problems, Kidney failure. Double the dose of the Beyond Tangy Tangerine and make sure you are 100% Gluten Free. Wait 3 weeks, then retest. High = congenital heart disease, dehydration, Kidney tumor, Lung disease, Polycythemia vera.
Platelets: Too low then you need lung support. Take Good Herbs Respiratory Support in the acute dose outlined in Appendix III along with more EFAs.
Lymphocytes: If High most likely you have an infection and you feel sick – like you do with a head cold or influenza. If it is high but you are not fighting off some infectious something, then his can also be one of the first signs of leukemia – so you should have a full workup by a private physician. If low it can be due (again) to an infection, a prescription drug, or an autoimmune disorder.
ESR: This is another global test for inflammation. If it is high then you are most likely eating something that is not good for you, or it is a function of whatever pain you are experiencing. If you have eliminated the 12 Bad-Foods and taking the 90 EN, then order the Carroll Blood Test and then eliminate the foods that you test positive for as well. Eosinophils: If high then you are suffering from seasonal allergies or a parasitic infection. If you are allergic the follow the protocol for Seasonal Allergies. If not then do the Full Moon Parasite program.
Basophils: If low you need bone marrow support – use the Arthritis protocol. If high you are probably dealing with seasonal or environmental allergies. Reference either protocol.
Copper/Zinc: This is an indicator of the progression or remission of any know Cancers. What I am interested her is the ratio, but the lab doesn’t measure that. You have to. Take the copper number and divide it by the zinc number. The normal ratio is 0.7-1.0. If the ratio is higher than 1.0, the cancer is getting worse.
