Dr. Glidden’s Health Recovery Protocol For Those Diagnosed With Chronic Fatigue.

MD Cause: Unknown. Perhaps related to: Infections by the “Epstein-Barr” virus; Lyme disease; Chlamydia; Anemia; Chronic dehydration.

MD Rx: Management of symptoms with Behavioral Therapy, Exercise Therapy, Calorie-Pacing, Diet, Anti-depressant drugs.

ND Cause: Chronic nutrient deficiencies; Consistent consumption of pro-inflammatory foods; consistent consumption of foods that the person has an allergy to.

Discussion: Some of the most remarkable cures that I have seen in 28 years of naturopathic medical practice have been with chronic fatigue. If chronic fatigue is due to chronic nutrient deficiencies than it will yield quickly once the proper nutrients are ingested in the proper dosages. As a matter of fact, I can only recall one case of chronic fatigue which did not benefit at all (so far) from wholistic therapeutics.

My Rx: In addition to the 90 EN:

  • Good Herbs Adrenal Health: Acute dose, as outlined in chapter 10, for three months only.

  • Biometics Bio-Fuel(for B-Vitamins): 1 bottle per 100 pounds per month. 1 Tablespoon per bottle per day.
