Constipation

Dr. Glidden’s Health Recovery Protocol For Those Diagnosed With Constipation.

MD Cause: Lack of fiber in the diet; Antacid use; Pregnancy; Narcotic use; other illnesses such as IBS and Cancer.

MD Rx: Laxatives, stool softeners, prunes.

ND Cause: We agree with the MDs as to the causes but the First things that we consider are: Gluten consumption, not enough dietary fiber, not enough exercise, dehydration.

My Rx: In addition to the 90 EN:

  • Eliminate the 12 Bad Foods.

  • Eat one organic apple each day.

  • Drink 2 quarts of water each day.

·     Do 15 minutes of aerobic exercise each day.
