ND Cause: We agree with the MDs as to the causes but the First things that we consider are: Gluten consumption, not enough dietary fiber, not enough exercise, dehydration.

Eliminate the 12 Bad Foods.
Eat one organic apple each day.
Drink 2 quarts of water each day.
Do 15 minutes of aerobic exercise each day.
Have 1 colon hydrotherapy treatment weekly for 4 consecutive weeks.
