Health Recovery Protocol

What to do to attempt to make yourself healthy if you have been diagnosed with:

Fractures of Bones

Dr. Glidden’s Health Recovery Protocol For Those Diagnosed With Broken or Fractured Bones.

Discussion: If you are unfortunate enough to break a bone then it would be prudent for you to visit the office of an MD and have them set the bone in place. They will encourage you to have a plaster cast put around the area of your body where the bone is broken. Rather than do that, I would recommend you get a removable cast, because I want you to topically apply herbs to the skin directly above the break. If they will not agree to this then just go ahead and get the standard plaster cast. You are also going to be taking herbs and nutritional supplements internally to speed up the healing of the bone, so your recovery will be quickened none-the-less - but you should make the request anyway. In 100% of the cases of broken bones that I have helped people recover from, when they follow my advice they heal in approximately half the time that the medical doctor thinks it will take. If I am attempting to grow a tomato plant, it only makes sense that good fertilizer, good soil, good water and good sunlight will help the plant to become strong and to grow quickly.  It is the same with your bones. Good Herbs and good nutrition will help them to heal quickly and to be strong. For more information on bone health and bone growth see the Discussion section under OSTEOPOROSIS.

My Rx: In addition to the 90 EN:

  • Good Herbs Bone & Tissue Support: 1/2 teaspoon 4x per day for 4 weeks. You will need 3 bottles to hit this number of doses.

  • Plant Derived Minerals: 1 bottle per 100 pounds per month. 1 ounce per bottle per day in divided doses. It is OK to mix this with any of the other liquids. Conversely, you can take the Ultimate Mineral caps instead. This product will cost less to ship – especially overseas. Get 1 bottle per 200 pounds per month. Take 1 cap per 100 pounds per day between meals.

  • Beyond Osteo Fx powder: 1 bottle per 100 pounds per month. 2 scoops per bottle per day in 2 divided doses. Mix 1 scoop with 3 ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice and 3 ounces of water.

  • Sta-Restored: 1 bottle per 50 pounds per month. 3 caps per bottle per day.

TOPICAL TREATMENT– If possible.

  • Go to www.homeopathyworks.com and get a 100 ml bottle of “Symphytum officinale” in the 8x potency. Put in a spray bottle. Get some medical gauze at the pharmacy. Cut a piece of gauze to fit over the skin directly above the break. Spray the gauze with the Symphytum so that it is saturated. Apply the gauze to the skin over the fracture. Keep it in place with an ACE bandage. Put the removable cast on. Repeat this process 3 times daily and once before bed. If you really want to be adventurous, get an herb book, and find out what “Comfrey” looks like. Go out into a park, or the woods and collect some. Bring it home, rinse it off in water, then put it on a cutting board and crush it with a rolling pin. Apply the crushed Comfrey leaves to the skin over the fracture before you apply the Symphytum soaked gauze. Then, of course put the removable cast back on.

The MDs will want to put a screw or 2 into the fracture if it is bad enough, but this is not necessary if you adhere to this program. I have had people tell me that they fixed their broken bones without visiting the MD at all just by using the topical Comfrey treatment. This is not advised if the fracture is severe (with bones sticking up out of the skin, or dramatic contortions of the broken limb.)

Homeopathy:

·     Symphytum officinale: 30C – this is the “Go-To” homeopathic remedy for broken bones. Take 2 pellets orally every day for 14 days.
