Laceration Healing
Follow these steps:
Irrigate the wound to get any dirt or whatever else got in there out of it.
Spray it with Argentyn 23.
Close it up with Dermabond Medical Adhesive glue, then put multiple butterfly bandages on either side of it to keep it closed.
Put calendula tincture on it. Don’t be shy. Use enough drops to cover the entire wound. Keep the calendula away from the ends of the butterfly bandages, otherwise it will loosen their stickiness, and they will fall off.
Cover the entire wound with a bandage big enough for the job.
Remove the top bandage 3 times daily, apply more Argentyn 23 and Calendula cream, then put a new bandage on top.
