The Hair-Health-Recovery program is composed of 3 parts:

  1. Stop eating foods that are causing low grade inflammation and sapping your reserves. These foods are outlined in the video above. There is a downloadable file at the top of this page that lists the 12 foods to avoid.

  2. Fill your body’s nutritional tank up with the 90 Essential Nutrients. This is explained in the video above.

  3. Take extra nutrients to support your Hair Health. This is the addition of the product “Hair Skin & Nails Formula” to the 90 Essential Nutrients. IT is included in the protocol below.

You have to do all 3. If you just take the supplements and do not clean up your diet then you should expect mediocre results.

Give this program 3 months before you judge it up or down.

Lastly - and most importantly - this is not so m use a hair-health program as it is a you-health program. As you go downstream with this protocol pay attention to how it affects you across the board (mood, energy, sleep, aches and pains, etc.) and not just what happens to your hair.

  • Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.5 powder (1)

How To Take:

Morning Cocktail:

Mix the following together in a blender and take at least 1 hour to drink down:

·      Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.5 Powder: 1 scoop

·      Plant-Derived Minerals: 1 capful

·      Optional: Organic frozen fruit and/or organic fruit juice to taste (try Pineapple).

·      2 cups water

·      1 teaspoon (more or less) cinnamon

During the day:

Ultimata EFA: 3 caps twice daily with food.

Hair Skin & Nails Formula: 1 capsule twice daily with food.

Before Bed Cocktail

Mix the following together in a small glass and drink it down right before bed:

·      1 capful Plant Derived Minerals

·      1-2 oz water or fresh squeezed orange juice.
