Hello Dr. G, I am helping a young lady in her early 30’s who suffered some ear trauma on a scuba diving certification run in Bali. For all 4 dives they did not do a decompression stop. She suffered a migraine for about 10 days afterwards eventually went to the hospital. They thought she had decompression sickness because of the pressure behind her eyes, and her left ear kept popping to release pressure. She went into the “chamber” 3 times and nothing was resolved. She saw an ENT in Bali and he completed a CT scan which indicated there was a build up of fluid in her upper nasal cavity, but nothing aside from that. When she arrived back in Canada she went to the ENT here and he advised her of a deviated septum and based on his testing said that she ruptured her middle ear on her left side. She was offered a few surgeries which she rejected and since then has not had any support. The ear hurts pretty much all the time and sometimes sounds a bit echoey. It also will sometimes still release air. Are there any homeopathy drops or any treatments she can do to alleviate her pain or resolve this issue? Or any referrals she could see to help with this pain? Thank you Dr. G.

You had recommended Hepar sulphuris calcarea 30C, 2 pellets, 3x/day for 5 days, for a blister on my finger from an injury. The blister cleared and the skin was almost completely healed when it flared up again. I did a second round of the remedy and the same thing - it clears, the skin is almost completely healed and it flares up again. Should I continue doing the remedy until it is completely gone (rather than just 5 days) or is there another homeopathic remedy to resolve this issue? Thank you for all your wisdom and caring.

Dr. G Following up with with question from Tuesday when I had phone issues, sorry for that discrepancy. Spasm/ throbbing in my head from 2021 but was milder. Comes on periodically but recently had been constant every day . worst at nights. Low grade throbbing coming from inside the head. Pressuring down in the head. causes heaviness in the head.. Exercises and massages to the neck and head makes it feel better. also applying ice pack to the head. . Feels worst if my head is too low when I go to sleep. also if I am not hydrated. Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I’ve been suffering so much with upper and lower G.I. distress constantly. Mostly lower abdominal pain. When I fasted for 24 hours, the pain stopped for a few days, but then itdually started up again. After the 24 hour fast I got a terrible headache even though I had 2 cups of black coffee. I'm 8 years menopausal. No pap smears for 8 years, advise from my OB/GYN. I started hormone replacement therapy 1 year ago and my new doctor insisted I have a pap to get HRT. My pap one year ago reported HPV. Doc wanted to do a colposcopy and biopsy. I have been putting that off and cleaned up my diet. What do you recommend for Migraines (Chronic) primarily left sided but frequently will jump ship to the right side of my head. My migraines start out in the temporal region and spread to the entire left hemisphere. They feel like I am getting stabbed in the temporal region by a big screwdriver.
