Greetings, Doc, Is skipping breakfast generally advisable? I’m also wondering if drinking coffee on an empty stomach in the morning enhances caffeine absorption or its effects. Similarly, after a rigorous workout when the body is dehydrated, would drinking tea right afterward increase its effect due to faster absorption? Is Gluco Gel best taken during meals or between meals for optimal absorption and effect? I’ve also noticed some acne breakouts since I started taking Gluco Gel. Could this supplement be contributing to it? I’ve noticed that when I’m loaded up on plant derived minerals, I develop a stronger liking for the smell of gasoline and incense. Is that a sign of any underlying imbalance or something to be concerned about?

What advice would you give parents who has a 7 year old daughter highly allergic to sesame seeds to the point she can die. The have taken her to Dr Tenpenny for SRT, treatments. Treatment Update for Ocular Histoplasmosis John in Nashville. Hello Dr Glidden, I was diagnosed with this Eye Fungal condition in Oct 2024. The immediate treatment was a medicine shot to the eye every 4 to 6 weeks for the rest of my life. That’s right... shots to the eye otherwise the fungal condition would return with a vengeance and become harder to treat, this according to the Retinal Doctor and any nurse we spoke to. Well, this was just not going to work out well for me. After my 7th shot back in May the doctor said, “this is as good as it will get.” But, I still had blood vessels obscuring much of the vision in my right eye and yet, I did obediently continue to get 4 more shots knowing there would be no further improvement. Ugh…. So, the night before my 11th shot in Sept I was watching your podcast and asked for your help. You recommended Killer Biotic FX – 2 capsules 3x a day with food, Good Herbs Super Olive Health (Immune Support) – 4 mL 3x a day and, an ice-cold wash cloth over my eyes 3x a day for 3 minutes. Do that for 4 weeks and report back with the results. I have also just completed 2 months on the Foundation Pak. I can report today that the blood vessels have completely disappeared from my right eye. Only a small scar remains on the retina creating a slightly noticeable blind spot. Otherwise, my eyesight is near perfect. Can We Call This a Cure? I am incline to think it is cured. Maybe I can still do something with the scar tissue. Most importantly, I CAN SEE. I owe you many thanks Dr G. You saved my vision and you saved my life from a ridiculous medical treatment schedule. My life is great knowing I won’t submit to another eye shot. Good evening, Doc! This is SuzyQ. I wanted to tell you that I am still suffering from the shingles pain that started the end of last March. I know you want to try to help, but I really am having a hard time answering the questions about the pain. All I know is it is a constant burning all day long! C I read your article on shingles in your book, but that deals with the rash and the rash is long gone. I don't know what else to do! Can you help? I use the CM cream and it really helps, but I need to apply it every couple of hours or so. This is really tough! I feel the pain on my left upper shoulder and only on the left side. Hi Dr. G! A couple weeks ago you helped me with pain in my heel by recommending Calcarea Flourica 30 C. I could only find 12C that could arrive fairly quickly but it was like a miracle! I can now put weight on my heel and am beginning to walk normally again without favoring that foot, for almost a year now! Thank you! Question - Should I still try to get the 30C? I can get it and keep taking this one until it arrives if you think it would be better. It also has helped me generally feel better mentally, emotionally and in my energy levels even before I noticed the physical improvement, so I think you got the right remedy for me! Dr. I've been have spasms in the front to middle of my head since 2021. Not consistent but comes on periodically. Most often in the evenings. Massages of the head and neck or a cool ok on the head makes it feel better. If im dehydrated or when I lie down with my head too low it feels worst.. Had a cervical disectomy and fusion in my neck over 25 years ago..Currently on the 90 essentials and not eating the bad foods Thanks fir your help. It feels like a dull pressure in the head.

Hi from Samantha in Nashville. My 3 year old son has been battling severe constipation for the last 7 months. He can easily go a week without pooping and seemingly never have the urge to push. The only way he will poop is when given a suppository. We’ve worked with our holistic pediatric nurse practitioner to take magnesium, vitamin C, probiotic, eat fruits like apples, pears, strawberries, veggies, yogurt (more recommended foods), we also worked a classical homeopath, Vanderbilt pediatric GI, and a pelvic floor/constipation physical therapist.

Most recently the pediatric GI dr told us to take 1 ex lax per day and do a suppository every 4 days if he doesn’t poop. Said his rectum must be stretched out and doesn’t feel urge to poop. He’s on day 4 of ex lax and nothing. This happens all the time so we resort to suppository. Would love your advice on what to do to get his system working again. Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. They found carcinoma cancer on the side of my nose near the eye. The dermatologist has to perform an operation hour and a half to three hours to remove all of it. It was like a little heart pimple on the left side of my nose near my eye, and my eye frame glasses would irritate and make it bleed, so I went to the dermatologist and they scraped it off and sent it to the lab and found out it was cancer, but carcinoma not melanoma. Is it a bad idea to get this operation?

I have a "floater" in my left eye that is not the usual type of floater. I can see it when off to the left of my vision in my left eye. It looks like a "C" with a dot in the middle. No eye doctor has been able to see it, Is this a "parasite" or some other abnormality?
