Dr G, I remember you mentioning a while back that N-acetylcysteine (NAC) can help detox the body. How long is it usually safe to take it for?

P.S What makes the naturally occurring nitrates in celery safe, while synthetic nitrates are harmful?

We are an older couple in our late 60s who have been following your protocols for the last 6 years. We have no medical problems, take no medications and have not seen a doctor for years. We would like your advice on what lab and blood work would be recommended to determine if we have any underlying medical conditions.

Hello Dr G!! Bryan here, You recommended for me to take Natrum Muriaticum 12x on the Eiffel call. How many and how often, please. Thank you for all your help!

Hi Dr G, Katherine from Australia here. You asked for a report back on your recommendation to me last month to take 2 pellets twice a day of Hecla Lava 12c for 21 days. It was to help me with my gum pockets and reoccurring ulcers. I haven’t had any ulcers come up but still have 1 large gum pocket and bleeding gums. Should I keep taking the Hecla Lava? Where do you recommend I buy it from? I bought from a homeopathic store here in Aus. Thank you.

Some questions about the Full Moon Cleanse, please: Why is honey included in the recipe? Medicinal properties or taste? If a diabetic is taking the Full Moon Cleanse, can they eliminate the honey? Is garlic also included for medicinal properties? For a sensitive person who really wants to participate, can they simply use just the GI Cleanse & Nerve Support? Thanks, Betsy

Hello Dr Glidden, this is Ana in the UK (daughter of your Portuguese private patient in Portugal). We couldn’t synchronize the schedules of 3 people to have a follow up online this week with you. Sorry. Feedback from my mother after completing day 5 (which was today) of caladium 30C for pepper felling burning head and back of the neck – energy better, sleep much improved (did not wake up at night these last 2 nights) and far less irritability related to the itching. Mood improved too. Itch and pepperlike feeling better 40-50%. Everything less intense. The rash is drying out, but still some new pimples appearing. Neck pain on the right is better too, but less improvement when comparing with rash, itch and burning sensation. No new symptoms and no aggravation with the remedy. Could you please tell us what is the next step for the caladium?

Just to remind Dr Glidden that you suggested 1M potency but because we said that our mother was sensitive to medicines, you have recommended to start with 30C. Thank you very much

Hello! Sorry I missed Thursday’s call. My husband’s allergies involve dry itchy eyes, after he mows there may be some drainage that night that burns. He is stuffy and his nose itches and burns. He also has a cough sometimes as well which is productive. His asthma is worse at night and often sleeps leaning forward on pillows. It is worse in the cold and if it’s humid out. Primatene mist helps. He said it feels like the outdoors is trying kill him sometimes.

Hi Dr G. Thank you for everything you do. It's Carolyne here from Western Australia, Why don't you recommend we take Good Herbs remedies for more than 2 or 3 months? Will long term use cause unwanted side effects?

I am 72 years old and had a Cologuard test done last year that was positive. The recommendation was to have a colonoscopy, which I refused to do. I tried to get a second cologuard done to confirm, but the company won't give me a second without paying $650. They will only give you one every three years. Cologuard does have alot of false positives from what I've read. The last and only colonoscopy I had showed no polyps. I have eaten gluten free for 10 years and now do not eat the 12 bad foods. What would you suggest I do?

My wife is on the 90, is gluten free, and no bad foods but has low kidney function. Should she be taking the K & B support as well? Thoughts on Pumpkin seed oil too?

Greetings Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here... From a question I heard a couple of sessions back, some research I've done shows that hydrolyzed collagen & gelatin are neck-&-neck in nutritional "qualities". But with the collagen, you have superior absorption because of the shorter protein chains of its structure. Another thing is, gelatin, when it cools, tends to thicken; great for recipes where that characteristic is needed. And gelatin does not dissolve well in cold / cool liquids. Collagen will easily dissolve in hot & cold liquids. Thank you for your stalwart stand on real healthcare.

Hi Doc, I’ve had my gallbladder removed since 1999 and since I’ve always had to potty soon after eating. What would help? I’ve been on the 90 for a year and also taking digestive enzymes. What am I missing? lol besides my gallbladder. Thanks Doc!

Status Update: You provided many helpful suggestions to help me fight Lyme. I am much better now but I still have hyperthyroid, and my heart rate is elevated sometimes over 100 beats while at rest. Any suggestions? I am trying to buy Dr. David Brownstein's book, who seems to generically suggest taking iodine. I am afraid this is a biofilm issue with a Lyme biofilm, but just a wild guess.

Was just diagnosed with spindle cells, after a hysterectomy. I'm taking the 90 essentials, and Selenium. Any suggestions for healing? Uterus and ovaries were removed. I'm being referred to a Cancer center, and they will want to do exploratory procedures, I'm sure, and check my colon.. I'm afraid to go there for the fear they could put in my mind. Since my hysterectomy, I am having normal bowel movements, 2-3 times a day, blood work is normal.

John in Nashville I am about 6 weeks into the Foundation Pak. I complained of constipation 3 weeks ago. you stated stay away from 12 bad foods which I am. My constipation improved to every fews days but still present and that seems odd. All my fluids during the day come from drinking the Tangy drink. What am I missing or still doing wrong. One added point, as you state this is all on each of us. follow your instructions and hope for the cure. Speaking honestly, I am still dumbed on by big pharma, take a pill and just be stupid. This naturopathic method is more difficult than I thought. I am learning.

I don't think it is just seasonal allergies, but I'm continuing to have a runny nose. Doesn't seem to be related to specific foods...I can't find a pattern that makes any sense.

Dr Glidden do you think that it is ok to rinse the teeth with H2O2 and distilled water to kill the primary bacteria Streptococcus mutant that are responsible for tooth decay? Thoughts?

Would you recommend eating cacao chocolate late in the evening? Is the cacao content gonna make it harder to sleep at night?
