My 65 year-old ex-husband, father of my children, ended up in emergency twice in 2 days and now admitted with severe, debilitating pain from inflamed and enlarged spleen. He was extremely low in potassium and they gave him 6 bags, one per hour. Tested positive for mono but no one knows how he would have gotten that. Still hospitalized and in great pain/unable to sleep. Any suggestions on how to help calm and recover from the inflammation. Cold feels better and moving is better than sitting or laying. He is on blood pressure medication and jabbed as he works at the hospital. BTW, new member here since just a couple days ago. Purchased your new beautiful book a few weeks ago. Had a gallbladder scan (hida scan i think its called) it show 0% ejection at 34 min and an irregular response to the cck (fat) that they injected in me. No gallstones. They said they needed to remove my gallbladder. I need to know if im one of the ones that really needs it removed.

A few weeks back I talked to you about my prostate being removed and what to do going forward to prevent future problems. You recommended the tangy tangerine powder and the tablets. Just to clarify did you want me taking 2 tablets 1 morning and 1 night as well as using the powder (equivalent to 3 doses a day)? I’ve noticed when I take 3 doses that I experience some neuropathy in my fingertips and I think it’s from the high doses of vitamin B.

Hi! Kathy from Michigan. I know you said to put selenium (liquid) on Actinic keratosis (what "they" call it). Do I remember correctly to also put a selenium pill (powder) in with it? Also, my a-fib was slowing down until I drank some tea today, not realizing it had caffeine in it. Dang trigger, for sure. Hope you can see this...had to re-load 2x

Hi Doc! Pat here from Cleve OH a patient and member. Today, my dentist found on the X-ray my top front teeth has compromised gum. He suspects an infection because there is a pimple like bump on the top gum. It is sensitive - a pressure like feeling. (I have NEVER HAD TEETH or GUM ISSUES. I'm 72 going on 45). I've been taking the 90 essentials for 4 years. I take the powdered Osteo vs liquid. I used to buy Argentin 23 Colloidal Silver, but it is no longer available. What else can I do? Or any homeopathic that would kill infection and rebuild gums?

Good night doc. My 24 year old son's fingers get easily wrinkled whenever his hands goes in water, even if it is for a short period of time. For example after washing dishes and after a quick 5 minute shower all his fingers on the inside are all very wrinkly, Similar to being in water for a long time. This has been happening for about 2 weeks. Your recommendation is welcomed. Also can I take all my minerals and vitamins at the same time all at once? Or should I take some vitamins separately and at different times of the day? Thanks so much.

As an active 75yr old two yr longevity user with no bad foods and Glidden studemt, I have insomnia at 12:30, or 3:30 am. I usually use 1mg of quick dissolve melatonin to regain sleeping. Why is melatonin bad for me? Do certain hours hours hint causation? 10 pm wake up yes to all except cat. ususally 8am

I would like a recommendation for something to relieve extreme pain in my left butt radiating down the left shin. My chiropractor is treating me for L5 inflammation brought on by extreme and continuous coughing.

Greetings Dr. G. I recall that Dr. Wallach said that arthritis is the easiest thing to cure with this "pig formula" which I assume is the Plant Derived Minerals--is that correct? I've been taking all EN90 for 7 months now and still have occasional flare ups of arthritis in my thumb joints. Flares up happen when I overuse my hands or when the weather is damp and cold. Rhus Tox is the only thing that helps so I'm curious what else I could do. Thanks so much!

Hi Dr. Glidden, Millie from S/E WI here... My 73yr old husband has been on the 90 and off the 12 BFs for 3 yrs now. Taking Imortalium, cell shield, copper and selenium regularly. He's a strong Master carpenter and last Tues, lifted, carried, and installed a very HEAVY door by himself. On Wed, he was home due to work scheduling issues. We noted that his right bicep was swollen and bruised. He applied a cloth ice pack 3 times throughout the day and began GH Heart support. On Thurs, iced again after work, still taking Arnica. We added GH Bone/Tissue, Lymph, and Super Olive to the heart support. On Friday, the bruising moved down around the full forearm and up to the front of his arm near the shoulder. Swelling gone. Throughout the weekend, we continued Arnica, GHs, and increased Omegas and Osteo and Minerals. Severe bruising has stopped at the wrist for 2 days and is now less at the upper arm. The area has not been hot nor has he had fever/chills. No numbness in the hand. What are your suggestions? What should we be concerned about? I'm waiting on GH Circulatory to arrive. The forearm is fully purple. Some areas are tender when bumped but no significant pain. THANK YOU for your wisdom, help and time!

couple weeks ago my lower legs have become filled with fluid, blown up more like it . . I am on a water pill furosemide 20 mg that does not seem to getting rid of fluid.little scared I went to Doctor today said my lungs sound ok . He is suggesting new meds. The Adrenal health you suggested has lower my heart rate.
