This is Diana from Maryland, I would like some advice on how to help evaluate why I am so tired. I am having trouble getting through the day. Earlier in the year I took 4 hour naps on a regular basis and now down to 2 hour nap. Have a rough time getting the energy to get through the day. I am in the process of watching your videos and reading through the protocols on depression, weight loss, thyroid, long covid but lots to learn and unpack. I am on Anastrozole which is lowering my estrogen, and I am thinking that this may be one small factor in my problem. I tried taking the tangy tangerine but can’t handle the taste. I now have the youngevity on the go pack which has 7 pills in one package. I started SAM-e 400 mg about a week ago and don’t see any improvement yet. I almost conquered not eating the 12 bad foods -slowly giving up my occasional morning toast. Thank you for all that you do.

Howdy Dr. G, Testimonial. I got back from Endocrinologist at 4:30pm PT. My Hg A1C is 7.1. When I began this Healing Journey on December 2018, it was 9.4. It just keeps getting better. 3 months ago, my level was 7.6. Off 39 Rx pills (26 Rx) daily. Just wanted to brag. God's Medicine works! Only take Insulin by Pump, now. No other MD Medications. I WILL get my Hg A1c lower. It's a step at a time. Currently dealing with the Jaw Necrosis caused by Fosamax/Boniva/Reclast I was prescribed by MD for 21 years. Last dose was May 2019.
