Good evening, I did as you recommended for the pain I am having with my plantar in my foot. You recommended me to take Ledum starting with 2 pellets 2x daily for 3 days and work up to 3 pellets 3x daily for 3 days. This has helped. My foot does not have nearly as much pain and I am able to stand and walk much easier. My third toe is still numb and my second toe is still lifted a little, along with some discomfort in the ball of my foot. I am able to walk normal if I walk slow but if I start to walk to fast or for too long it starts to hurt in what feels like my toes with a sharp pain as well as a dull pain in the ball of my foot. What steps do you recommend for me next? Thank you very much for your help!

Casey in Utah, I have an argument to settle, hopefully you can settle it. Regarding “vitamin D”. I’m being told that there is a difference between vitamin D and vitamin D6 or D3?, they attempt to tell me that only vitamin D6 is a hormone? ,but vitamin D is and actual vitamin? I figure they are all hormones aren’t they?

Orthomolecular News author Dr. Levy states women in menopause should not supplement with calcium since estrogen is low and this causes intra-cellular calcium to rise leading to all kinds of diseases such as heart disease and breast cancer. Appreciate your thoughts as I take Beyond Osteo FX and I'm 74 yrs. old.
I wondered how to get rid of decay in between teeth. I have tight contacts and I brush and floss but my dentist said I have sticky teeth?

I watched your webinar on detox, and it made a lot of sense regarding being nutrified prior. I was curious if there was a separate protocol for heavy metals you recommend or if that included metals as well? Also, I keep hearing about EDTA and would love to hear your thoughts. Hope you're doing good. :)

Hello Dr Glidden, I have a 43 year old man who developed hyperpigmentation on his legs and face about 12 months ago. He bought RYL Beta 500 on our website. I did some research online and found that beta glucans have gained popularity due to their potential to improve skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation. However, I’m thinking the root cause would be lack of some of the essential nutrients to enable the skin to heal and repair itself. What would you recommend please?
I have a 40 year old man who has numbness in his jaw and tongue, tingling in jaw, neck and chest. His memory is declining and he has blurry vision. He has loose bowel motions as well. He has very little fibre in his diet, mostly consuming mainstream meats and eggs so would be getting very little omega 3 and 6 in the grain fed products. What would you recommend to address all these symptoms he has please?
Rose has taken your protocol of 90 essential nutrients plus micro biome and flora fx for the past 3 months. History of Sept. 2025 hospitalisation due to sole episode of pancreatitis, no known cause, long term gastritis, heartburn, reflux. No further episodes of pancreatitis, and feeling more energy, vitality and thicker hair growth from essential nutrients, thank you.
However, although it seems to have improved slightly, I still have intermittent heartburn, especially if I eat after 4pm. Have avoided 12 bad foods and am well within slim weight range. Also salt food liberally with a good sea salt. Is there anything else she can do to help with the intermittent heartburn/liquid coming up to throat at night?

About a month ago after our 3 year old had success with pooping while taking sulphur 30c so you recommended he continue the dose every day for the rest of Nov then taper down to every other day for 2 weeks, twice a week for 2 weeks then once a week for 2 weeks before stopping. Before November ended, he stopped pooping and we did a suppository. After that he started solid and normal sized again but now we're back to very small and too soft where it barely comes out. Should we increase to sulphur 200c? Or change the way we take it like in homeopathy.. put pill in 8 oz water and stir or bang the jar? Sulphur is working but it's not getting enough out. Thank you so much!! -Samantha in Nashville, TN

This is Janis from NC We have left the Dr’s behind 8 years ago. How do we answer people who ask how we would know if we got cancer or some other “medical diagnosis “ if we never go to a medical Dr? I know this sounds crazy but true. Thank you.
Hey doc. Just wanted to say happy belated birthday. And I'm glad you're feeling better. Happy that your my doctor now.

Greetings Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here... Were you thinking of thallium &/or Cesium in your prior discussion? These are known to be prominent in soils of various types, & uptake by vegetation is common. Thank you.
Kathy from Michigan Finally got the natrum Mur 1M in the mail late yesterday. Took my 3 doses today. If the 500 c get here before my 5 days are up, should I switch over?

Dr Glidden: I have Pseudo-Gout with 3 past knee arthroscopies to remove calcium-phosphorous stones. After a partial ankle fusion, which did not totally fuse, I was advised by ortho and my pcp not to take any calcium supplements due to possible calcium deposition in ligaments. When advised to increase my D3 levels for immune function, I was never advised to take K2. Wondering if years of higher doses of D3 w/o K2, could this have caused the pseudo-gout.
