Morning Doc. V from Vietnam. I do boxing regularly. Been taking some minor blows to the head during training. Is Arnica Montana indicated? If so at what potency? Can it be used prophylactically? My sister is having lower back pain, frequent urination at night and some bladder tension. I'm putting her on 90. Do her kidneys need extra attention?

Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. Every morning upon awakening I have right heel pain, not underneath, but just above the heel a little bit to the right of the bone. when I touch it I noticed the skin is rough on that spot and very sensitive to touch. .since I sleep on my back. I’m always compressing it at night. I also have pain in my right middle finger of my right hand that I’ve had for some time as well. None of my other fingers have pain - just the right middle finger.

But may I give you an update on the glaucoma issue with my husband? Pressure is down but looks like not enough to arrest the advancement of the glaucoma. He is still taking Circulatory Formula at 4 mL twice a day and Phyto B.G.H. at 10 drops twice a day. He is also using his prescription drops. Vision has diminished unfortunately. Is there a homeopathic to add? He is following the vision protocol from your video but there was no specific info on glaucoma. Thanks, Betsy

Hi Doc, Follow up on my left eye with the flashes of light, floater, pain and eye dryness. I took the Causticum 200c, then the 1M, then the 10M. I get some initial relief but the pain returns in a day or two and it might be a bit worse. I stopped taking it about a week ago. HOWEVER, my left eye is MUCH Better. Less light flashing. Less pain. Still have the floater and eye dryness. Taking Mag Phos 6x per Carroll Test recommendation and it is supposed to be good for the eyes. What are the next steps? Thanks, Merry X-Mas How much water should a 175 lbs. male in late 50s drink per day and how can you tell when you have too miuch water or too little water? Have you heard of Astaxanthan? It is supposed to be a super antioxident. Is this something you recommend taking?

So every now and then I get a dull pain on my right side below the belly button.a ultasound showed a shadow of a gallstone. The pain lasts maybe a couple hours or so and goes away. I told the MD I think it is gas but he assured me it was my gallbladder and I should just have it removed. I don't agree with him.

I've got a two-fer for you about cell salts, if you have the time. 1) A couple of weeks ago, I asked about cell salts (like Nat Phos 6X) and taking other homeopathics around it. As a follow up to clarify, as I'm still taking Silica (1M) to resolve other symptoms, should I continue to skip my cell salts on days I'm scheduled to take Silica, or can they be taken the same day - just not at the same time (perhaps an hour apart, for example)? 2) Also, you suggested homeopathics to aid with my body from getting too overwhelmed by relationship stresses. As a follow up there, is the Bachflower Rescue Remedy able to be taken while taking my cell salt as well (or other homeopathic remedy taken that day)? P.S.- I've got a private appointment pending with ya - so a virtual handshake will have to suffice for now for giving me my life back. Thanks, Doc.

God morning Doc! Ruth here, near Jensen Beach. Hubby has discontinued proton pump inhibitor since I shared your infor...though he contiues to take a statin drug...he is post cath lab 10 years ago when heart attack revealed 100% block of LAD artery (The widow maker) He also has an enlarged aorta at 4.9cm....if it grows to 5.0 cm, indicates surgery to install a stent. recent high readings of BP 150/80 is freaking him out. so he doubled his BP med, and BP is now 80/50. I think he better go back to original dose. I watched your Medical Insight on BP...he already takes MAgnesium and is drinking Kefir daily...so I imagine he has enough CA. Might the statin drug be the culprit....causing of elevated BP? Perhaps causing the vessel to constrict but not relax leading to higher BP pressure. He has had painful calf muscle cramps in the past few nights. He does regular long walks and resistance workouts, is very lean and fit. Avoiding 12 bad foods, but not on the 90. that was supposed to be good morning. HA Substack author, A MidWestern Doctor is providing a monumental of referenced material on DMSO and Chlorine Dioxide . 'His' information on the many other topics he reviews is very credible, so DMSO and CD to be very important, natural therapies. I would love for you to evaluate all of this on 'The Forgotten Side of Medicine' to add these tools to your 'quiver' and to give us guidance n usage and dosage. Speaking of stress......hubby is very stressed by my insistence on looking for the truth.

Good morning. Have been taking the phosphorus you sent me from our appt last Tues 6 days, still down, crying is less frequent, sugar cravings are still strong, maybe not quite as overwhelmed and I now have a rash on the left side of my face, had bad dream, leg muscles are cramping.... Not certain if I need to continue or we need to adjust. And still not sleeping, may have gotten a couple hours last night ....

Nate in Pasadena - Hope you have a pleasant holiday. You've given us the gift of better health, something we can't repay. No question, but something I wanted to share - I read the book "Breath" by James Nestor, and he suggests several deep nose breathing exercises and we got the Paced Breathing app and do two rounds of 5.5sec inhale, 5.5sec exhale through the nose, and do it for 5.5 minutes (30 reps) and do it twice in the evening. It really helps our #2 the next morning, much easier and larger elimination and also helps our sleep. It's almost miraculous. Merry Christmas!

Hey Doc! Ken B. here. Last weekend I got word that doctor said my Dad is in early Alzheimer's. We've seen signs of dementia in the last year or so. For years I've been telling my parents to get off the statin meds, to no avail. I've showed them your video on cholesterol, to no avail. I'll be visiting next week. I'm trying to prepare myself, for who knows what. My hope is in Jesus, so I haven't given up hope. I plan to show them your Alzheimer's protocol. Hi Dr, in previous test i showed dehydrated kidney and sometimes my back hurts am using yougetivity all 3 as you sugested yesterday and for my low iron the raisings, will let you know how it goes… should i do a test to see how my kidneys are or do you have any recomendation? Hi Dr. Glidden, Millie from S/E WI here... I've had what looks like a 3/8" round blood blister on my lower lip for several years. An MD called it a veinous pool and said not to prick it as it would bleed profusely. Any idea what might help to do away with it?...So of course I did try to prick it. It didn't bleed lots, but I did get a plethora of cold sores. That was several years ago. Thank you for your input!

So Do you think the gallbladder can cause pain that low about 6 inch below where the gallbladder is?
