Question: I follow your program to the letter. Have been for years now. But I can't sleep more than 3 or 4 hours because I get a migraine. After getting up for a hour, my head clears and I can go back to sleep. I think it is allergy related because benydryl seems to help. But I don't want to take allergy pills. Any suggestions? Previously you suggested Youngevity Cell Shield which seems to help but I need to urinate every couple of hours so I still have trouble sleeping.

QUESTION: when taking a homeopathy remedy, is there a ballpark time element on how soon it may begin to work? Also, is there a limit to the length of time to take it? I am taking one of the seasonal allergy remedies on the health recovery protocols which works well but not sure how long I should take it. Dr G it’s Marilyn in Greensboro Georgia. Earlier in December you recommended Parasite Cleanse 4 months in a row then every 6 months after. After I did the December full moon cleanse it seemed to flare my acid reflux/GERD symptoms so I’m now taking Lycopodium Clavatum 200ck as you know. It’s not lost on me that the cleanse confirmed the H pylori or some other parasite existence for me. So here’s my question – do you still want me to do the Parasite Cleanse as January full moon is coming on the 13th? Does it matter or conflict with the Lycopodium Clavatum? Just wanted to run that by you…thanks! PS – the Lycopodium is helping after only 2 doses!

I’ve done a search for any non-MD care routines and I found suggestions such as tea tree oil, coconut, and aloe vera-based hair shampoos/conditioners, and I found a product with all three - presumably anti-fungal by nature. HNY Doc. I have had pain in my right wrist for aprox. 10 weeks. There was no initial trauma so i kept thinking it would feel better and it has at times. It remains stiff and tight at the wrist. It feels better when i have time to soak it in ice water. If i hold my hand in a handshake position i have pain lifting my thumb as the ligament/tendon causes pain and feels like its pulling at the wrist. Hello Dr Winning. Thank you for dedicating so much of yourself here. I have something salient I think. (Carla from FL.) Anyway - I continue to plug on doing every single thing you tell me. And last thing was calcarea fluorica.

I started that this AM — means 3 pellets so far. But before that happened (they first sent calcarica carbonica, that’s what too so long.) Anyway even before that I have to say something. And I say this very very guarded as if maybe if it’s a placebo effect and won’t even pan out. Some kinda fake-out. But here it is. On 12/30/24 I had 3 molars extracted, and each of them correlated on the dental chart to LUNGS/Colon. And between the storms in October 2024, I had 2 other molars taken. They also correlated to lungs/colon on the dental chart. Anyway — emphasizing that — I want to say this: Since 12/30/24 those extractions (remember, they were failed old root canals that had been traumatized teeth way back and in recent times had gotten infected.) Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I will be having my hip replacement surgery on January 21. Last time I had the hip replacement surgery on May 21 You prescribed a homeopathic remedy but I forgot what that was and also you said I could take the 90s essentials The week before surgery and it shouldn’t be a problem even though they tell you not to especially the omega-3, -that it will thin out the blood. Also, because of the anesthesia, my Vegas nerve became overstimulated and it affected my overactive bladder issue with urgency to Pee. That urgency feeling was nonstop 24 seven I couldn’t sleep for two weeks straight. All I could think about was that I had to pee the whole time .I went through hell. I’ve done gammadyn copper many times - did not help. is there anything else so this doesn’t happen to happen to me again with the second surgery?
