Hello Dr. Glidden. In addition to the 90 essentials program with extra EFAs and Sweeteze for 7 months, I took a bottle of Good Herbs Pancreas Support over a month's time since I am prediabetic, and my dry and red eye problems went away!! The eye problems had been plaguing me for months. The bottle does say eye health support. What do you say? If the eye problem returns, how should I handle it? Thanks so much for all you do. Recently you mentioned taking "a shot" of PDM before bed. Tried it and the taste stuck through the night. Is there any problem with putting it in unsweetened herbal tea or something similar to adjust the taste and not cause a problem with the PDM..

Betsy from Stuart: This is a follow up on a change in EFAs that you recommended. Despite 6 EFA Plus and 6 EFA 180s a day, I was still experiencing dry heels on both feet but no where else. Based on your suggestion, I switched to 4 EFA Plus and 8 multi-EFAs per day, and I believe it has made a difference! When the difference is irrefutable, I plan to switch back and see what happens. Unrelated question. For a while I have noticed that I can detect a pulse in my left ear when I lie down on my back. If I lie on either side the pulse is not noticeable. I can't duplicate the pulsing ear beat in my right ear in any position. Could this be a clog in the ear canal? Or maybe a blocked artery? One would think that with all the EFAs and 300mcg of selenium I take along with my 90EN there would be no blocked arteries. It has been this way for about 2 months. Another unrelated question please. Is the Apex Mini Thyroid Panel testing something any doctor can order and read, or is it only available fromDirectLabs.com? What is special about this test? Thanks so much for all you do!

J from TN. I had my A1C and glucose checked a few weeks ago along with other blood work. My A1c is 5.7 (lab reference 4.8-5.6, Dr G reference 5 - 5.6) and glucose is 95 (lab reference 70-99, Dr G reference 80-95). Should I add SweetEze to my protocol. I am currently on the thyroid protocol through April. I am also on the 90 and no bad foods. Good evening, Plantar fasciitis again, I have completed the new remedy you suggested – take 2 pellets 3 x day for 5 days of the Hecla Lava for the pain in my feet. Unfortunately my feet are not feeling any better and actually feel worse than they did before I started it. What would you suggest for me? Thank you! As a reminder the ledum was helping my feet to feel better but hurt with cold. So we changed to the Hecla lava. When I took 1 tbs of cooper as you suggested by nose got extremely stuffy within about 10 min any suggestions, do I need to cut back on the dosage?

Hello Dr G. Following your recent recommendation, I took two doses (2 tablets each) of Bryonia Alba MK (1M) that I found on Amazon for my herniated disc problem. After the first dose I had (central) chest pain (3/10) and heart palpatations that caused me to lay down for a while. I felt better, not entirely though, after a nap. I took another dose and the same thing happened. Very uncomfortable. However my back related symptoms have reduced by a third from only two doses. I am afraid to take more Bryonia Alba because of how I was feeling. What should I do? Thank you. Oh and by the way I got a call from my doctor's office today to inform me that I'm due to have my cholesterol tested this month. Grrr...

My cholesterol numbers are high, according to my doctor. should i be concerned? Have any additional testing done?

A positive update - the Good Herbs Female Support is working! I am on Day 6 and the night sweats are down to 1%, no hot flashes, and good sleep. I'm taking it for 2 months...after I cycle through, should I start again? And i am officially in Menopause as of March 6, 2026! Do you think Thyroid Ultrasounds are a scan? Why do they always want to do a biopsy? What reduces nodules?

Similar question but no ear wax buildup. Also, in my right ear. 2-3 weeks ago began hearing something. Slowly searched my apartment trying to hone in on what am I hearing and from where. I got still, relaxed with deep breaths, and it disapated. I began to hear it and feel it when I tensed up. I realized that it's my pulse. I've been able to hear my heartbeat when I wear excellent hearing protection (plugs or muffs) but never like this, as if I can now hear my blood pressure increasing.
