Last time you told me to choose an tooth implant over a bridge, you said they do a sinus lift instead of penetrating the sinus, which is why I was freaking out, but I asked them and they called it a “sinus bump”,,,, is a sinus bump the same as a sinus lift, or are they two different things?

I’ve tried for over a year to get my sister to consult with you, but she chose the conventional route. I’m now desperate to help her. My sister (mid-60s) just finished chemo for bile duct cancer. Shortly after, she was in a severe car accident (Feb 23) with major trauma: 6 broken ribs, fractured pelvis, spleen injury, internal bleeding, and ICU stay on a ventilator. She is now out of ICU but still hospitalized and barely eating—just a few bites of oatmeal, Jell-O, or Ensure. She has been drinking some Gatorade, but I’m concerned about the quality of the hospital nutrition and what she’s being given.

Overall intake is extremely low. She also has an ulcer, edema (swelling), no gallbladder, and very little appetite. Doctors are now mentioning palliative/end-of-life care if she doesn’t begin eating more. My questions: What is the best way to increase nutrition in this condition (very low appetite, post-chemo, post-trauma, no gallbladder)? Are bone broth and mineral salts appropriate right now? Will high-quality sea salt worsen edema, or is that mainly an issue with processed sodium? Is coconut water a better option than Gatorade for hydration/electrolytes in this case? What are the most critical nutrients to prioritize immediately? We are trying to support her as best we can within the hospital setting.

Welcome back. I had a bad case of vertigo for a week; the first two days I was immobile. It has been gradually improving. An additional symptom was, when I moved, I had sweats from my head and forehead. Cold air helped a bit. The Epley Manoeuvre did not help. I saw my chiropractor today and he thinks it was likely Vestibular Neuritis. I get this about every 6 months, but this time it was particularly bad. 1) Any advice to deal with the symptoms? 2) How do I justify this to my employer? Is there is any medical test to substantiate vertigo to justify time off from the office. The Canadian (I don’t want my name mentioned on Rumble)

Greetings, Doc, I have a few questions I’d appreciate your insight on: I recall you mentioning that wearing copper might help with the body’s “magnetic” or electromagnetic properties due to its conductive nature. Could you elaborate on this and possibly point me to a resource where I can read more?

I’ve heard you sometimes recommend taking Ultimate EFA and EFA Plus together. What’s the reasoning behind combining them? Is there a single product that could effectively cover both, or a brand you consider superior (e.g., Nordic Naturals)? The water from my office cooler has a strong chemical smell—similar to what you’d notice in an indoor swimming pool. I’m unsure whether it’s chlorine or something related. Based on your previous advice about avoiding chlorinated water, I’ve switched to bottled water. Does that seem like a reasonable precaution? Also, can chlorine (or related compounds) be reliably identified just by smell? Thank you for your guidance.

Hello Dr Glidden, We have a family where mother and 2 daughters have endometriosis. What would be the root cause of this and what nutritional recommendations would you give please? We notice on your site your Parasite Cleanse is only done for 4 days, whereas Brett Bashawaty recommends completing the whole bottle of each of the GI Cleanse and Nerve Support which would make it a 30 day protocol. Will 4 days be enough to cover the life cycles of parasites? A customer is asking why she has an intolerance to Selenium. She feels really fatigued when she has it. Even if she has Brazil nuts. She hasn’t been taking our Selenium, just another brand of selenomethionine.

MerryB, Apache Jct., AZ - Hope you had a great week off but it was a bit boring here without the reindeer games. Question: I've lived in Arizona for 50 plus years and highly suspect I have Valley Fever although it supposedly takes a lab blood test to determine it. I haven't seen an allopath for years and really don't care to. The antifungal prescriptions are nasty and I don't care to even hear about them. Since it's caused by a soil fungus, what nutrients or homeopathic meds would help nail it? Thanks for any advice!

Quick question: Three weeks ago I asked about a mole on my hubby's forehead/temple. You recommended collodial silver and selenium. Used it as prescribed, but it hasn't helped much. Can something else be used?

I seemed to have a histimine reaction to an unknown source Two weeks ago we returned from a very long flight from Sri Lanka going east around the world to avoid the war in Iran. We lost three nights' sleep. For the first week I slept a lot. During the 2nd week I didn't sleep as much but if I got chilled or overtired, my right hand would get red and start to itch, then my left hand, then my feet, face, neck, and thighs. Going to sleep would make it go away. That was five days ago It isn't as bad now but at random moments but especially when I am out in the cold my hands turn red and itch, sometimes also my face, ears, feet, and thighs. What is this? Nothing except cold or lack or being tired seems to cause it.

Is there any benefit to drinking from a copper water bottle?

What do you suggest for high ApoB. All other cholesterol numbers are fine. Moderate plaque shown on calcium score scan. I've been on the 90 for 7 months, eat healthy fats, exercise 5 days a week (weights, walking) and I'm 74 yrs. old, on no meds.

Michelle Busath, Fair Oaks California Testimonial: The necrotic changes are reducing using Symphytum officianale, 12C. I had that strength, instead of 30C. Absolutely wonderful. Proven by X-rays on Monday, March 23rd. The orthopedic surgeon is so sad. No Shoulder Transplant for me! I'm waiting for the arrival of Lachesis muta. Another WIN, through an inexpensive subscription and Access to Dr. G on a Q&A! Woo-hoo! You recommended it for wheezing caused by surgical debris after the Quadruple Bypass in 2009. Doctors day they would've removed it during a subsequent cardiac surgery. Lol They didn't know nutrition can reverse continual heart surgeries. Did I say Thank You? If not, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! I take Ultimate Selenium with a half slice of an apple. GI Leaky Gut can cause nausea from it. Only because of the ingredients, that ARE necessary. Time to restore the gut... Personal experience from a person with Celiac. I KNOW Ultimate Selenium is just one add-on that reversed the heart disease.

Welcome back, Dr. Glidden! Millie from S/E WI here...I've been dealing with edema since Jan. I did some searching for diuretics and the last few days have been a bit better as I'm drinking the teas. I'm waiting for more of the Good Herbs to arrive. At times I still have intense itching. Can you suggest something for that, PLEASE? Thank you for your help!

I’ve been taking Nat Mur 6C 2 pills 2x a day like you said for peeling flakey lips and cracks in the corners of the mouth. I was taking it for about a week, it seemed to be slowly getting better and then the following week my lips started to flare back up again. So while you were on vacation, I went ahead and got Nat Mur 30C and took them as prescribed on the label. I took 5 pills 3x day for a few days, then backed down to two pills, 2x a day. I was desperate to stop heal this since I have been dealing with since Sept 2025. The peeling and chapping have improved and seem to be healed, but there is still cracks in the corner of the mouth. How should I proceed? I can’t swallow tablets like Tangy Tangerine and Ocean’s Gold. They are too hard and rigid for me. Is it ok to crush the pills and put them into capsules myself?

My husband absolutely does not want to follow his medical doctor's recommendation for his prostrate because it involves a biopsy that would pierce the colon to get to the prostrate! There are strong medications before, during and after this procedure because of the possibility of infection. What do you recommend instead of this invasive procedure? And I think he should have an appointment with you, so you can tell him stuff and not me!!

Hey Doc, it's Max from the D.R. again. What are your thoughts on the California Proposition 65 Warning Label on foods? Should one avoid such food products? Are peanuts pro-inflammatory due to their omega-6 content? How much homemade peanut butter would be ideal to consume per day? I've heard we shouldn't touch receipts because of BPA. Are they really that harmful to touch? Do you recommend consuming wild sea moss for iodine? I consume one teaspoon per day. I salt my meals till they taste good with 75% non-iodized salt and 25% standard iodized table salt for more iodine. When I stop the sea moss (which I have been consuming for years), I feel my thyroid begins to play up - and I generally have a high metabolism based on dropping weight easily. Do you believe I am over-doing it or not getting enough iodine? Is it safe to consume gluten-free grains with every second meal? I've been a real grain-eater my whole life and have switched to gluten-free grains since the start of this year - In terms of gut health, I would like to know if it is safe to eat gluten-free grains for most of my carbs. Thank you for your time!

Pertaining to the "jab," a podcast had a brief discussion about "shedding." One guy had to change his work environment and avoid relationships with anyone "jabbed" in order to to heal from symptoms. Do you know if shedding is a potential concern for some people?

My son has duchenne muscular dystrophy and is 9 years old. He is walking but is having trouble on the stairs. What would be your recommendation. Thank you Emanuel
