Dr. Glidden, I believe I have a reaction to the Vitamin C that is in the Tangy. I plan to take vitamin C separately and see how I react. Years ago I had a bad reaction when taking it. If I am unable to take the Tangy is there an alternative that does not include vitamin C? Thanks!!!

This is Janis from NC, age 65, on the protocol, off 12 bad foods. I want to take extra copper. How much do I take. Also, what is your thoughts on how to get rid of a seed wart on my right foot, below pinky toe kind of on the bottom but on the side. It has been there for several years and is bothersome. Thank you!!

Hi Dr. Glidden. Would greatly appreciate any insights or ideas on how to treat this issue. My son is 25, has always been athletic, but recently he has developed a reaction to any sustained physical activity. It triggers intense flushing itching and raised bumps across his chest, back, face, and arms. It goes away after he stops and waits it out. ENT ran a full allergy workup — everything came back negative. Their conclusion was his nervous system was misfiring under exertion — but no root cause, no fix. A chiropractor suggested a full blood panel and a gut microbiome test. The gut test showed a direct, measured overgrowth of E. coli and toxic bacteria, a degraded gut lining, elevated bacterial toxins, and zero capacity to produce GABA. Chiro believes the gut wall has broken down, toxins are leaking into his bloodstream, and exercise is making the gut temporarily more permeable triggering a reaction. So far eliminating the bad stuff, and getting the 90 essentials. Thanks so much!

On Tuesday night’s webinar, you asked me to do some homework to answer some questions you posed on my vertigo. Note that I ordered the Tabacum 200C pellets from Amazon (Boiron). The fastest delivery is this afternoon. So, I don’t have any results for you on this right now. Responses: the room was not spinning. It was like being on a small boat in heavy waves. lying down was better than being upright. eyes open was better than eyes closed I was able to move my head from side to side while lying down without making it worse I needed to keep my head horizontal (body lying down) I had bad nausia when I would get up to quickly use the washroom. No diarrhea. at the peak (first two days) I was not able to eat. at the third & fourth day I was able to eat while being at a 45 degree angle. I opened a window in the room to get some fresh, cool air, which helped. no change to tinnitus (stayed mild) by day 5 I was able to walk upright. At this point in the process, I felt better either staying vertical or staying horizontal. The transition from vertical to horizontal or from horizontal to vertical made it worse, but would settle down after a few minutes. starting on day 3, it has been getting gradually better by about 10% each day. The Epley Maneuver did not help (not crystals being out of place). I was able to see my chiropractor yesterday (Tuesday). He checked my eyes - no shifting out of place. He suggested that it might be Vestibular Neuritis (for what it's worth). I get this condition approx every 6 months. It has been several years when it was as bad as it was this time. Normally it is mild and clears in a couple of days.

Hi, this is Gracie from Chicago. several months ago I heard you talking about the nicotine batch so I bought it but I haven’t used it. I’m not sure how to do it and is there any risk involved? Also, what do you think about white Willowbark extract to take for pain?
During this morning's questions I missed your answer to the RA/joint pain/?Rudi Graviola? whatever. Could you please repeat the answer. Thank you.

Tuesday night you mentioned that you would provide a protocol for hubby's mole on his temple/forehead. I'm the caregiver and he's on line. He has a similar mole on his back that has been there for years, but the one on his temple/forehead has recently cropped up quickly.
My husband was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, and squamous on his head and neck. They were removed surgically. What can you recommend for him to use now to heal? do you recommend the use of sunscreen? Thank you, he is here and listening.

In your "Get your GI tract back on tract" video there is a photo of a product called "Maqui Plus" I'm not finding it on the Youngevity site. I'm either not good a searching or it no longer is sold. Also, "Intestinal Polyps" as a recovery protocol comes up in a search on your site but is not listed in the health recovery protocol LIST on your site so people may not know it's there. (It IS in the index of your very helpful book.)

Dr. G. Do you have any recommendations regarding how often it's safe to eat canned albacore tuna or any other fish for that matter? Concerns about mercury levels and who know what else.
About a week ago I asked for advice on an old injury of a torn ACL and meniscus. It happened when I was 13 and I am now 69. Have not had real problems except when I was 50 and did more injury and the proverbial surgery to remove the torn meniscus pieces, or whatever the hell they do when they do Was told I was bone on bone, yadda yadda, yadda, and would need a new knee, to which I declined profusely. Somehow I did something to stir up the pain and inflammation recently and you recommended 30c of Ledum Palustre, 2 pellets, 3 times a day for a week. Well thankfully that helped tremendously with the pain and inflammation. I also use to use a small pillow under my knee when I slept because I could not sleep with my knee fully extended. I not longer need that! Wow and Yay! I still cannot sit on the ground with my knee fully extended or do the lotus position, but am hopeful in time this old injury will heal itself. I have been on the healthy foundation pack for 6 months and also take gluco-gel. I want to thank you so much Doctor. As I said once before you can NEVER retire. Ha! just kidding. So glad you were able to renew and refresh in Mexico. Keep yourself healthy and much appreciation for what you do. You are TRULY a RARE BREED!

I have been battling fibromyalgia for 30 years. I started the minerals, the foundation pack a year ago. Then I added selenium, 3 capsules twice daily away from food. I have gone through 3 bottles and no results. Now what?
Hello Dr G. I am a new patient. I have pain in my upper left arm.( I am right handed) I think it may be a torn ligament. Hi Dr G! Is there anything an 80 year old male can do for a very large and protruding hernia in the groin area, besides dreaded surgery? Can it rupture?
