What form of vitamin D? For bad menstral cramps, what do you recommend? I have been taking the 90 Essentials but OI have noticed m y urine smelling very strongly of vitamins. Is that a sign I am taking too much vitamins? Any guidelines or brands of light boxes you can recommend? There are some that are cheap and made in China and others in USA that are more expensive?

This is SuzyQ 1. I am just realizing that I am eating too many carbs, therefore the reason for my High HbA1C! So working on that! Also I am studying to ba a Health Coach, and I Love it! 2. My husband and I (Tom and Nancy List) sent in urine samples because we are taking the Heavy Metal Detox Dr G. recommended Did he get the results of our test? You told me a last week to take the COVID Vax Neutralization Formula, 5 sprays 2x/day for my legs that feel dead being around vaxxed folks. Q: Am I to take it internally or spray it on my legs? (Or both?)
My Lyme literate MD did ultrasound over my arms and shoulders and found multiple calcium deposits. Apparently the body distributes calcium in areas of infection? Is there an accurate test to determine vitamin and mineral levels? My hair analysis tests always show high levels of calcium and magnesium.

Hi Dr G, trust you are well. My cousin is diabetic 45 years old female. she is on kidney analysis thice a week and she is now too weak and failing eye sight, i bought her BTT 2>o tablets, Ultimate daily and Projoba omega what else to be added because we don't see a big change, she hardly eats.

My husband had an ischemic stroke last may , we are on the 90 essentials . He has clonus or tone and spacticity on affected side. He is doing lots of therapy on his own.He is improving slowly. Do you have any more recomendations for restoration.

Aloha dr. Glidden, Greetings from Big Island to you. I have a friend who’s 89. She entertained all her life it involved singing. Last 2 years she was not able to sing due to one of her vocal chord is shrunk according to her doctor. She was advised to have a surgery and she did so, but is not helping. I am very curious to learn what caused narrowing of her vocal chords and is there better way to get help than keep on doing surgeries? By the way, Larry my husband have been following your protocols and boy it made difference in his life. Even with slight changes it made huge difference. He has more energy and doing things he wasn’t motivated to do for years! For example washing his truck and my car in same day! I do have question. Does Larry need to take microbiome always? Thank you for caring and for all you do. Even though I am not on live chat every week, knowing I can come to you for help when I need is reassuring.

Good morning Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here...In my reading, I learned (a good while back) of the benefit of Vitamin K2 (particularly menaquinone-7) in the body's proper utilization of calcium. A good friend back in the 90's was experiencing kidney stones (& high Ca blood level); off-hand, I recommended he get a good quality K2 supplement. After about 14 days, his readings were normalized, and his stones (after evacuation) did not return. I realize it is anecdotal, but, for what it is worth. Thank you for your ministry of health. BTW, K2 or MK-7 is not present in either BTT or Beyond Osteo-fx, but some fermented foods have it.

Dr G. it's ANWAR from ABU DHABI again, i forgot to ask you about my daughter who had her 2 wisdom tooth extracted about 5 weeks ago. She has now developed numbness on her lips and jaw line, she is on courses of antibiotics and pain killers without any improvement. She is religiously on BTT 2.0, Projoba omega ,Selenium and ocean's gold as per your earlier recommendatio, kindly advice regards.
