Greetings Doc, Thanks for the distinction between colonic and enema. Could colonic be done at home at all? More infusions needed? Nate in Pasadena - A friend has been on the 90 for about a year but stopped Osteo a month ago because couldn't stand the taste. Stopped Omega 3 because they interfered with his gout meds (and stopping O3 helped and so did stopping the gout meds). Over the past 5 months the skin on his neck and face are red and bumpy with minor itching. His arms and legs are rough and scaly, also with minor itching. Every 2 to 3 days it dies down and then reoccurs in the same area, doesn't get worse but repeats. Been given two different creams, one for neck and one for body and told four weeks. They don't work. Good evening, Dr. Glidden. This is Matthew from Palm Coast. (1) I’ve completed the Silica 200c for 5 days as you recommended. Results are in: cold hands/feet have dramatically subsided; hot feet in bed is still in full swing. (If I need to provide you with more details on the hot feet, just let me know) Days 1-3: I had hot-feet with restlessness every night, but my cold hands/feet rapidly dwindled away. Days 4-5: My cold/hands and feet were gone at this point and I started to realize I was actually “comfortable-ish” in places that were 72 degrees according to their thermostats, so long as I wasn’t under a fan or draft (no longer borderline shivering with pale, desensitized fingers). Still do use a small space heater at work thiugu on low setting about 75% of the day. Less than prior where it was on high 90% of the day. Regarding the hot feet in bed, that’s still a thing. Had an episode last night in addition to the first three nights on Silica. Per the recommendation, I only took Silica for 5 days and stopped. I am now taking Natrum Phos per the recommendation of my Carroll Test, though can swap to whatever you suggest if needed.

(2) For a back to the basics question: I’ve been taking the BTT tablets since starting with due time the higher ORACs and my (prior) carpal tunnel, I’m moving to the BTT powder next shipment, though I hear mixed details. Do I make one drink per day (full scoop) and just drink it over a two hour period, or do I take one days drink, split it in two, drink one in the AM and the other in the PM with a two hour drinking window still? Sometimes my questions sound as if I am asking you for a cure for an ailment although I am usually looking for the "add ons" to go with the 90EN. But I got your concerns today when I was talking to a new customer about her kidney stones. She said, "mine are different, not caused by a calcium deficiency". She said "I have the Struvite kind caused by an infection and its hereditary". I learned I must start the conversation with helping the customer understand that what I do is to them to help their body "support its ability to repair....." Today I didn't get to tell the new customer that it didn't matter what formed the kidney stones in the first place and that her body knows what to do once it gets the raw materials. Later I re-watched your 2013 Kidney Stones webinar where you used Cal Toddy as your "extra" after the 90EN. I'm sure today you would use an extra bottle of Beyond Osteo FX and plant minerals, but what was your reasoning for the Cal Toddy back then, Osteo FX was around in the healthy start pack? Hi! I’m new! Back in 2020 I was diagnosed with fibercystic breasts when I went to the gynecologist for sore breasts. My breast is always more sore on the right side than the left. She prescribed some primrose oil and told me to come back in a year. Shortly after that appointment, I became pregnant with my first son. My son is currently three years old and I am now weaning him off of breast-feeding. For some reason, he likes to nurse more on the left side than the right side but lately I have noticed that I have a slight pain in my right breast just like I did in 2020. The pain has always been there, but it comes and goes in severity. Every time I’ve gone to the gynecologist they just say it’s fibercystic breasts and say nothing of it. For some reason, I am getting very nervous because the pain is still there. It almost feels like a cyst. I made an appointment at OB/GYN for two weeks from now, but I don’t know what to do if he asks me to drain the cyst? I don’t want to cause any trauma to my breast… I also don’t want to get an ultrasound because I’m scared of getting misdiagnosed since that’s a common thing that happens. Through a gut test with a holistic practitioner I found out that I am recycling estrogen. She has since put me on DIM Pro amount other supplements to clear gut infections. Since watching your videos, I have started taking minerals and extra selenium. How should I handle the situation? Hey Doc! It's Ken B's Wife Neck pain every day over the last week. Starts from the base of the skull down to the shoulders. Pain is present on both left and right side. Gets more intense as the day wears on. In the morning (10 am) pain is at a level 2, gradually increases throughout the day to a 5. Have not resumed pulsatilla because my hands are still extremely painful, primarily swelling knuckles of the index fingers where they meet the hand. Feels like these joints are on fire. My other finger knuckles are beginning to hurt as well. I have to use my hands to work but it gets so bad at times I just wish someone would shoot me. Hip pain is increasing, steadily at a 3 most days, primarily at night. What do I do next? Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. The gastroenterologist ordered a stool test and it showed that I have EPI, which is basically pancreatic insufficiency. He gave me a prescription for a Creon which is not a drug. It’s digestive enzymes to be taken with food, but it’s not helping. he said the stool test showed there’s something wrong with my pancreas.

Hello, For about the past 3 years I've been kaleidoscope vision with zigzag colors around my vision on outside of eyes. It happens once or twice a month. I had it a week ago & this afternoon too. I just feel a warn sensation in my eyes when it happens. last for 2-3 minutes. no headaches with this.
