Hi Dr. Glidden, I’m dealing with sinusitis and my symptoms include a runny nose, sneezing, headaches, eye and sinus pain, postnasal drip, and a burning sensation in my head. What do you recommend to manage this without needing antibiotics? Also, I’ve started the 90EN and overall feel good, but the Tangy Tangerine gives me significant heartburn. I currently take one scoop in 24 ounces of water during the morning and finish by afternoon. Do you have any suggestions on how I can take it to reduce or avoid the heartburn?

I have a question regarding my current medications. I take several prescriptions for the issues we discussed—one of them is Plavix, which I’ve been on since having stents placed six months ago. I noticed that the Good Herbs Heart product says not to take it with my prescribed medication. Should I continue taking my current prescriptions while transitioning to the new protocol? I was diagnosed with angina in the late 1980's and was given something like an antacid, what causes it and how do I prevent or treat it? I have taken Ibuprofen for other reasons but that seems to bring it on.

Casey in Utah, When I eat whole jar of applesauce, it seems to give me a full feeling so much that it also seems to make me feel bloated and even my stomach visually looks bloated for several hours…, any idea why?… would this be an allergy? The pulse test came out fine.

I’m loving all your medical insight videos—invaluable information-thank you! My question tonight is about a tenacious callous growing under my big toe joint (ball of right foot). It’s been an issue for a few months. The callous became multi-layered creating a pressure point. In attempt to find the root cause, I sought help from a reflexologist who recommended getting wider footwear to avoid some rubbing. Even though I’ve always worn sensible footwear this adjustment helped somewhat but didn’t solve the issue. After that, I went to a podiatrist twice and he removed the callous resulting in immediate relief. However, the callous continues to grow and sometimes I feel a burning, pulsing sensation under the callous. Foot soaks don’t help much. Not sure what to do next. Appreciate your suggestions. Thank you. And thank you for recommending Bellis Perennis for my shoulder throbbing pain that I had asked about two weeks ago--it worked within five days!

John in Nebraska, Doc, I am a 6’ male 73 years old and have been using longevity products sinch 2000 I do not go to MD’s for anything other than an injury. Lately I have been having issues with some of the products. Cheri Mins I tracked down was causing joint pain I switched to capsules and the issue went away. Is it possible that there is something they flavor it with I might be allergic to? Thanks!!

Would it be harmful to try your experimental cataract protocol without having a cataract diagnosis? I've had cloudy/shadowy vision for more than a year in both eyes, left is worse. My last exam was two years ago and the doctor said she was seeing a small cataract which I was unaware of. I was not impressed with her exam so I haven't returned.

My daughter is due with her 3rd baby in 6 weeks and her ferritin is so low that it is at a level 5. Normal ranges for females is 10-150. She is feeling weak and is worried that she might have trouble after the delivery of the baby. Her midwife said she might need a transfusion. Do you recommend a transfusion? or what do you think would help. She is on the 90 by the way.

What I have is solidified by the refrigerator, Youngevity says it is fine to use, but I see no way to get it out of the bottle without heating it. Is that o.k.? 2nd question, you mentioned Brezinski in the cancer vid on this site, but didn't go into it. Did I miss something?
