Hi Doc, For the past 6 months or so, I have increasingly had food getting stuck in my throat near my Adams apple. It started with pills and now has progressed to food. I have to swallow over and over again. Drink water. I don’t feel any pain or soreness in my throat. I have been taking the 90 EN for a couple of years. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. The bloating pain on the bottom of my abdomen has moved up to my stomach too. diagnostically they wanted to do a CT scan so they could see exactly what’s going on, but I refused. the ultrasound just showed that I have a mass on my kidney, but you said not to worry about that and I guess it’s not related to the digestive tract. I don’t just have G.I. Distress after eating like before . now I have it all the time more or less. the only thing that makes it feel better is when I take a digestent before a meal, peppermint oil cap and some other natural herbs for digestion. but between meals and even when I get up in the morning my stomach hurts. if I press down on my stomach, it kinda hurts so it’s progressed from lower abdomen bloating pain that feels like fullness and like menstrual cramps. I used to have gastritis, but I healed myself with celery juice every morning. Maybe I should try that again. Temporarily I’m taking a proton pump inhibitor once a day to heal the lining of my stomach just for two months. It was supposed to help after three weeks and it’s been five weeks and it hasn’t helped. When it starts to calm down in between meals then after I eat it gets worse in the lower abdomen versus the stomach.

Hey Doc! Don from PA! Wife’s having some long-term issues where she wakes up almost in a panic state trying to find the lost child or the people who she imagines should be sleeping downstairs but none of these exist. She usually goes to bed first and I come up an hour or two later and me coming in the room seems to be the impetus for her waking up. Just not sure why her mind is telling her she needs to look for somebody and she’s completely awake. Sometimes I’ll try to talk to her and we’ll have a conversation try and tell her to go back to bed and she’ll say no we have to find whoever.. She doesn’t do the full 90 she just does minerals and calcium right before bed. Try to get her to take the BTT every now and then, she does it when she gets sick and then feels better quickly lol not sure why her.

Dear Dr. G, Hey, it’s Paula from Keller with the child who no longer has CF. My biggest concern at this point is transitioning my son off of laxatives. The doctors had him taking Senna twice a day and magnesium, and occasionally Miralax for 5 years. Unfortunately, since my son started hiding his pills, he has gotten backed up. What would you recommend to begin restoring the gut/bowel function that has been so damaged by chronic laxative use and bad diet?

Cheryl here. As I type, the wrecking crew is removing a 4ft section of bath floor with black mold. And it connects to another bathroom with probably the same problem. No wonder no one in this house can breathe! Is there anything we can do?

Dr G it’s Marilyn Dunn Davino Greensboro GA Question – can tingling teeth and tooth sensitivity be connected to digestion problems like GERD?

About to head to periodontist for consult on extracting 2 teeth due to failed root canals from long ago. Currently hoping the Sulphur 200C diluted as to your prior direction regarding upper chest digestion burning sensation but what’s bothering me worse than that is the eye floaters (still bad) and occasional eye flash (which has improved a little) – the eyesight issues came on since taking the Sulphur – driving me crazy! I have started drinking 8 oz water and doing the tippy toe drop 10 times 3 x’s a day. Hoping that eases the upper chest digestion discomfort – so far I’m giving it a thumbs up on helping! Thanks, Doc!

Hi Dr. Glidden, This is Tony from Bowdle, South Dakota. Thanks to heart valve replacement surgery for a bicuspid aortic valve, my lone prescription is the anticoagulant coumadin. How do I go about transitioning away from coumadin and to cayenne (something I have seen highly recommended)? And is there a way to self-monitor one’s blood for its coagulation level?

(Q from Diana): We have been distilling our drinking water for over a year (per an ND's recommendation) and adding the minerals back in along with electrolytes. Now that we are consuming the Plant Derived Minerals, is that sufficient? In other words, can we stop taking electrolytes and adding the other minerals to the water since the Plant Derived Minerals are a superior product? Thank you for your advice. :-)

On my latest bloodwork, my VitD3 was 55.7 after being 89.6 a year and a half ago. Lab parameters are 30-100. I have been on the 90EN for that year and a half and on twice daily doses of Osteo FX and Plant derived minerals. Any suggestions?

Hello Dr. Glidden. I just finished watching the clip you made on selenium. My husband takes a selenium that is labeled selenium yeast. What do you think of this? I am looking for a selenium that is selenomethionine which i noticed Youngevity is sodium selenite.

Hi Dr. G. It is great to meet you. I am new to leavebigpharma and I would like to ask you a questions on behalf of someone else. My friend, who is about to be 80 in December...but is healthy, alert and physically able to get around with the best of us. However, he suffers from low energy. We did purchase the 90 NE, however, is there something else you could recommend that would boost his energy? BTW. The 90 NE is due to come on Monday, May 12 He did have 3 Strokes. One major and is on the necessary medications for that.

Dear Dr. Glidden, It’s Carla from Florida. Lichens case. You said the next step was to make an appointment with you… However meantime something developed on the good side I think. Here it is: I have continued all the regimen, (except of course not the homeopathic) all these months. We began November 2024. I do continue w Colon hydrotherapy once weekly aal since november 2024. In the last two weeks a new Development. The yerba Prima psyllium, having not seemed to help much at all, well that changed. I think. I kept on with it. But I must add to it natural laxative from BioSchwartz and or Dr Sonne’s #1. I mean to still have adequate food-emptying BM. But suddenly this happened after many months of the exact same Tx, a different result: About 2 weeks ago — BM’s became fairly regular and easier. I still must remain close to home for that but so much relief I have. Alongside that the awful awful perineal itch went away with it. I do notice that if a BM is slow to come on — meaning poop lingers or is slow — the itch will kinda flare up — but the itch goes away after 2 regular BM’s for sure and sometimes one. And fairly immediately. And also, bingo- I have not seen mucous of any kind in the stools for about the same 2 weeks. And I was examining them regularly.

also: i’ve had three colonoscopies total in my life. That was life before nutritional medicine 2009 2013 2017. All of them had polyps anywhere from 3 to 5. I have been pushed and pushed to get a colonoscopy for the last 5 years and I have not due to my new understanding of this nutritional medicine. And I realize snipping a polyp does not address the root cause. And I do believe it seems at least the mucus in the stool so many years — I believe was due to polyps. Of course this is my educated guess but something told me keep going with everything you said and just keep going and I didn’t stop. And very little results and now this good change to report. In summary, with regular Psyllium, colon Tx, natural laxatives: mucus gone, bowel movements regular (only with stated products) Raging itch is gone which I’ve had since 2014 at least.

Also, in 2014 I had perineal surgery to repair a cystocele and rectocele which problems resulted from traumatic childbirth years prior.

And urinary incontinence at the age of 40. That was helped with the 2014 surgery… And No more incontinence except a bit occurs if my bladder gets too full.Kindly, will you analyze this information and say something about the next step… I’m not sure I should continue all of this…the products I said above. And if you still should see me for an appt. But maybe all this is OK. Idk. God bless you, Brenda and your family a lot.

Carla PS If I purchase your new books a from your website —will you autograph and personalize it for me? Kindest regards from sunny Florida

Also — i increased my Osteo fx by now 3x day since approx 3 weeks ago. Also 2017 colonoscopy one nurse told me “your colon is thin and dark”

I tried to find that anywhere in the report in weeks after and same nurse told me she never heard of a thin colon. I wonder if that was atrophy from long time use of herbal laxatives. Pls advise Everything you told the previous person about BM regularity - I do all of that for 2-3 years and include 1-2 organic apples w peel every day.

The week before my period I get heart palpitations and rashes. I’m 41 and believe I’m in perimenopause. I think the symptoms are related to when my estrogen dips. I sometimes get night sweats as well. I take the 90 essentials, selenium and b complex. I’m still experiencing the rashes and palpitations. Would the Good Herbs adrenal health be helpful? I’m also currently on 12.5 mg of lisiniprol daily for high blood pressure and would like to get off of it. My blood pressure today was 110/71. Would it be safe to stop taking it?

Hey doc it's Henry from our last conversation and remedy for fleas one dose is 5 pellets?

(Q from Diana): After reading Dr. Wallach's book (Dead Doctors Don't Lie) and reading/viewing his other materials, he points out the similarity of animal and human tissue. That led me to searching for animal minerals and I found the Youngevity product “Blooming' Minerals” which I discovered can be given to horses (My holistic vet said this mineral product looks excellent). I've ordered some to try as I suspect it could be a missing piece of the insulin resistance issue (IR) rampant in both the horse and human population. I'd appreciate any comments you may have about the IR condition as it relates to these minerals in general. Thank you!

Hi Doc I have a co-worker who is currently in the hospital. She was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal stage 1 grade 1 breast cancer. Unfortunately they scared her and talked her into a double mastectomy. Only took a few of her lymph nodes and they were clear and said her margins are clear. I just started her on the 90 essentials and she is rid of the 12 bad foods (but only been for a month) they are now recommending chemo along with hormone blockers. I believe this will cause additional problems. Besides the medical doctors being whacked what problems would you say the hormone blockers can cause.
