Hello, this is Gracie from Chicago. I just learned that spinach and buckwheat grotes causes a lot of oxalates which causes kidney stones. Is that true because I’ve been using green spinach in my morning shake every day.

From Becky from New Jersey
(You may kindly reference the 3 sets of before and after photos that I emailed to Bob this morning.
The “left” of the same picture is “before”, and the “right” of the same picture is “after.”)

We stopped the ice-water soaks, Killer biotic and Ruta Graveolens upon your recommendation after
my husband had increased pain and swelling after the soaks. We have just completed 3 days of the Aps 1M. The redness has resolved happily, and the swelling had improved a little; however, the finger remains swollen, deformedand with limited range of motion. This all started after he forcibly pushed a heavy cart out of the way then felt a painless “click” in his finger. What would you suggest at this point. As always Dr. Glidden, your help and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Regards, Becky from New Jersey

Hey Doc…Back with one more UTI protocol question. I do not see on your website under the Health Recovery Protocols how long a person needs to take the KillerBiotic pills. 4 weeks, 8 weeks or does that depend on the results? Any potential side-effects to look for with KillerBiotic AND Cantharis, Good Herbs Kidney & Bladder support? Thank you as always! Looking forward to giving this a try.

This is Janis from NC. What do you suggest for dry, scratchy, burning eyes at night? Thank you so much!

I tried (for Gout) Super strength cherry concentrate by natural factors. Bing Cherries. I had no idea if they were different than the extract you recommend but "gout support" was claimed on the bottle. I took two caps every 2 hours until I had 8. The dosage on the bottle said for hyperuricemia have 5 caps twice a day. Severe painful stomach cramps sent me to ER. They gave me a pink lady, a toradal injection for pain and buscopan injection to stop the violent stomach cramps. It's been a week since this experience and my digestion has gone to hell. My heart is doing strange things. Eating or drinking almost anything flares up my GERD. I suspect whatever their "solutions" were have put me into this worse state. Can you offer any guidance for me?  p.s. I just want to mention that signing up for your Q&As has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life.

Hello Dr G- Thanks for your ongoing help. I think you once spoke about removing skin tags using dry ice? Can you do a quick review, please? I am afraid to go to the dermatologist because Lord knows what they'll say or do to me!

Betsy asks: I had a neck injury which affected nerves leading to the first three fingers of both hands. I was wondering if when my neck hurts sometimes if it may be influencing the itch on my left arm?

Would taking enzymes work with victims with with stroke ?

Henry from Nashville Follow up: Had a hard time finding the Plumbum Metallica 30c for foot drop. Got the Plumbum 200c instead, took for five days two pellets twice a day. Stopped because the sensations in my left foot increased. My left foot drop is around 15% to10% active. Most of the time I do not notice. Wondering if I should address the foot issues instead? Left foot numbness behind the big toe seems to be increasing is area. Stinging, tingling sensation some dull aches. When I move my toes up and down its very stiff feels slightly frozen. More noticeable at night in bed and when I do exercises. Have full mobility in foot movement and no pain. Seeing a Chiropractor for decompression therapy and adjustments. Yesterday had the first SoftWave therapy, some relief for that afternoon and getting to sleep. Six weeks on the 90 with EFA (3), Gluco Gel (8), and three rounds of plant minerals and OsteoFX. Have no back pain. Eating no bad foods.

Could this be a structural problem such as a dislocation. If so, what would you suggest? Regarding the 12 bad foods, would gluten-free oats be acceptable?

I watched your Lyme disease videos and have read your health recovery. Which supplements or procedures are most important for prevention after a tick bite? My son has diarrhea and occational stomach pain after a bite he got on Saturday. Though it could be something else. I have most of the supplements you recommend in the book and some from the video.

Good day doc. How would you treat yeast under the armpits? What is the cause of it? Could this be related to a blood sugar imbalance?

Hi Doc, sometimes I wake up at around 1 am in the morning and am wide awake, like it would be

Greetings Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here... Something I have personally found very effective for skin tags is a homeopathic tincture called "tag-away"; it is a 6X prep of Thuja Occidentalis. Works like a champ.

Yes, I am seeing a chiropractor, (full body modification), most of the time there is no neck pain, but sometimes I catch myself slouching or sleeping with the incorrect height pillow. It is at those times I am sometimes seeing a cause and effect with the itch, almost like prickley heat itch. But I have the 1M Hypericum and will try that. Thank you!
